Finally Saturday. Been looking forward to it all week. I love my job, but I was ready for the weekend.

Hahahaha that's so funny because I used dill seasoning in the recipe. First time I've used it.

Sorry I got distracted. Lol I used some chicken rub, creole seasoning and onion powder on chicken breasts, which is pretty normal. Then new idea was adding crushed rehydrated dill. I baked them, and it turned out good. It was a complete experiment. I was afraid it would taste like gross...

Tried a new recipe tonight. Made it up as I went along. It turned out surprisingly good. I was scared it would be terrible lol

I don't, really. This was an event that Allstate hosts once in a while. Last one was six months ago. However, I wasn't working here at that time, so this is my first one.

It was good. However, the hotel screwed up and I almost didn't have a place to stay. I wasn't about to sleep in a random parking lot in my car in the biggest city in Oregon, so I almost had to go back home. I was actually on the freeway headed back when I found out the issue was resolved...

Lol I don't think it works like that. Stopped for gas at what is typically the best place for it on I5. Pumps are down for nearly 20 minutes :/
