I thought I had a grip on lust. Its been 5 years or so, but its an issue again. Any prayers would help.

Sorry, what I meant is its like my conscience is yelling at me, not God. That conscience that everyone has that God gave us where we know deep down what's right and what's wrong.

Thanks for the encouragements. I may have valid excuses. But there is still something yelling at me that a real Christian would just go anyway. Even if it means walking there, 24 hours before service starts. Or even if it means having a seizure in the sanctuary or sitting with pain for the service.
