Naysayers - I don't think the many Christians in US Law Enforcement etc would tolerate such (presuming that you are thinking it is govt led)

Equally could be said that many of the people involved in such shootings are under an evil influence that has nothing to do with the govt. Whats 'national sacrilege' - your constitution and amendments are written by men not ordained by God - its sounds almost sacrilegious (that word again) to talk about them in terms as if they are some form of divinely inspired documents.

Even as a non-pacifist Christiian I find the idea that Christians might use armed violence to defend the faith disturbing (given that unlike the US, we had 30+ years of terrorists only a few hours boat ride away on both sides using religion as a justification for sectarian killing and mayhem)
