Ave Maria

I am a 40-year-old disabled woman. I am married and my husband and I have a 7-year-old son together. We want to have more children but so far we have not been able to.

I am also an orthodox Roman Catholic. I believe all that the Catholic Church teaches about faith and morals. I consider myself to be pretty devout. I try my best to serve the Lord but I am a sinner and I frequently fail. I am grateful for the Sacrament of Reconciliation by which He forgives my sins when I go with a humble and contrite heart.

I am physically and mentally disabled. I have chronic pain issues from Fibromyalgia, Asthma, and some other health problems. They sometimes cause me to get discouraged but I always try to remind myself that I can participate in the redemption of the world by offering up my sufferings to God the Father in union with Jesus Christ's sufferings. If you want to know more about this doctrine of Redemptive Suffering, feel free to PM me and I can provide you with some websites to learn more.

We've had enough of exhortations to be silent! Cry out with a hundred thousand tongues. I see that the world is rotten because of silence. - Saint Catherine

If you believe what you like in the gospels, and reject what you don't like, it is not the gospel you believe, but yourself. - Saint Augustine
