So what does everyone think about Title II (expanding the definition of a public utility to include Internet Providers)? Nighthawkeye, Happy New Year (and to DaisyDay as well)! :wave: Why don't you like Title II, or assume that it should at least be up for discussion?

But yes, Internet providers should be regulated just like public utilities = Title II. I don't think Congress wants that. But I think the FCC is on board with doing just that, and that is good news for consumers. The water people aren't allowed to charge what the market will bear. The power...

But it's clear that the President intends to involve the FCC rather than signing something that was developed by Congress without their input. I see why, because of Title II. Internet carriers really are sort of like public utilities.
