Some of those comments are really depressing. How can some people be so narrow-minded? Jesus' yoke is easy and His burden is light, but the yoke and the burden that some other Christians want to put on us is crushing.

I've tried a low-carb diet in the past (before I knew I had diabetes). Unfortunately, I found that I became extremely nauseated while on it, and had terrible symptoms of low blood sugar.
