We have a chipmunk in our backyard that looks a bit like former Canadian Prime Minister Diefenbaker!

Sometimes, but the animals around here go in cycles. We see squirrels all the time. Usually mouse frequents our patio, then the mouse disappears and the chippy takes residence. This goes on several times a year A few days ago, we had a shrew on the patio. Cats love the local, apartment wildlife, lol

We do, but it is fun! We had a skunk come up to the patio that we fed. We've also had this huge rabbit that started lurking and eating the slices of bread I threw out for the squirrels or the birds. I have seen a deer run through back there, but he didn't stop to eat

You want to steer clear of the skunks! We ran over a dead one in the car, and it stank us out...

LoL, oh no!! They are super cute though, and they won't spray you unless you scare them.

I guess with the one we ran over on the road, it wasn't scared; it was dead! and it still stank us out...

Well, our cat caught one of the mice one time. I opened the slider for one second, and Bubo darted out. Had the mouse in his mouth before we knew what happened. Poor mouse didn't fare too well, but boy was my cat PROUD the rest of the day
