Here's my idea. Let's have a challenge between the current and previous president.

Both of them must take comprehensive competency tests adminstered by a licensed professional agreeable to both sides. That being completed, both must take the citizenship test immigrants take to assess their knowledge of our constitution and laws.

Whoever has the lower score (and I have no doubt who that will be) gets all his executive orders rescinded. It sure will feel safer when the 1/6 insurrectionists are back in jail instead of formenting autocracy throughout our country.

Joe Biden had the legal authority to sign executive orders, even if he was considered crooked, even if the executive orders may have been unwise.

Nobody but the president has the authority to sign such things. So everything signed by someone else or something else is unlawful. The autopen signature orders should rightly be nullified. If a few of them are worthwhile Trump could sign them OR Congress could vote on them.
