Painting with a broad brush again, I see. Plus, you're acting as if "the left" all share one monolithic mind.
Do some people on the left hate Charlie Kirk? I've no doubt. Many of us simply disagreed with what he said, and a lot of us simply didn't care about him one way or the other, and many also would have said "who's Charlie Kirk" a couple of weeks ago.
We're not all the same, dude.
Again, some might have, but not all of us. Personally, I barely even knew who he was when I heard he was shot, and I certainly haven't celebrated his death one bit. I do note that he once said: "I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights," so I suppose he'd support his own death if it meant the second amendment remained untouched, but I also know that's nothing more than speculation on my part.
Would you call that celebrating? I sure wouldn't.
Again, some have. Some haven't. The above is the strongest thing I've ever said about the man.
You'd have to provide a quote on that so I'd know exactly who said that. Because I never heard anyone say anything like that.
By all accounts, he was not. You'll need to provide some evidence of your assertion if you expect it to be taken seriously at all.
Or, to put down the broad brush you've been painting with, some people on the left. Not everyone.
But, putting all that aside...so what? Who cares how anyone on "the left" feels, or felt, about Charlie Kirk? None of them shot him.
Only one person did that, and, by all accounts I've heard, that person held conservative political views, not liberal ones.
So what you're doing with all your above statements is trying to blame the left for something they had nothing to do with. You're using Trump's hammer. You're blaming the left while claiming you're not blaming the left.
And, as a result...
