Is today's politics of Marxism, just a deception to covet what others have? So many speaking against the wealthy, and evil of Capitalism simply envying what others have. Are we being stirred up to envy, and covet?
This ends in handing it all over to big Government. to share the booty, until there is no more booty left for the masses?

People just do what they want. Ideologies are just an excuse. People in general are greedy, it is silly to think one ideology or another will change the way they are.

Only God can transform people's hearts.

Exactly....Government is also people. Their nature is not any different than any others.

Right. In the mean time we live in this world. The U.s. government set up a system that was to mitigate human nature as best it could.. Knowing that governments seats of power are occupied by a flawed nature as well.

You should look at some Neo-Marxists who expanded how nations should be managed to be more than economics. Stuff like the family, religion, law, arts and entertainment, media, and education. Amazingly that is near exactly the blueprint that many Christians are following.

And in the end, we live in this world with people who's hearts are not transformed. So, while we live here we do the best we know how in setting up government in this world. I think our constitution etc did a pretty darn good job of it.

It's religion now - the religion of equality.

Equality: Everybody has equal booty + all countries equal.

Utopia comes with worldwide equality. Not really but that's what they think.

According to the oral Torah, the Tower of Babel was really about equality. The leaders transformed stones (everybody unequal) into bricks (everybody equal.) That means they enslaved the people. The mortar that held it all together was materialism.

Did you know God hates bricks in altars?

People should be aware about handing over security or virtue to those in office. In the last decade we have observed the elevation to the top of the totem pole of a disaffected group of people. This action then gets the next people in line angry because they are not in the top position. This is why class warfare fails. Only 1 tribe can occupy the top position at a time. So the body politic is forcing what they think is equality & its not. They are trying to repair past grievances with this method of currying favor.

This action then gets the next people in line angry because they are not in the top position. This is why class warfare fails. Only 1 tribe can occupy the top position at a time. So the body politic is forcing what they think is equality & its not. They are trying to repair past grievances with this method of currying favor.

There is true need people have that we as Christians should be charitable. But....what is going on today is far beyond that.....It reminds me more of the laborers Jesus hired thoughout the day. Each receiving equal pay. The first ones in the morning accepted the job as a good wage for their days work. That is until, he continued to hire workers as the day led on. In the end of the day, the first laborers thought they got a raw deal for a days work.

What is good enough and fair, becomes not good enough or fair in our eyes.
