Good morning all! I think I’m going to swing by the greenhouse today. Other than that, no set plans. I’ll just play it by ear. I have a Hemingway cat showing up here. (Extra toes) I’ll be taking him in Saturday to get neutered by our animal org. here. He showed up and has been making things miserable for my other cats to lay out on the decks, etc. He is ruled by his hormones and see’s the others as a threat. My cats hate him right now. So those days will be over on Saturday and hopefully he’ll start calming down. I’m hoping the head of the org. will adopt him.

Lionel has to stay on the screened in porch tonight. He gets his cherries picked tomorrow if you know what I mean. Deliberating if I want to go to a buy 1 get 1 free plant sale today. I hope everyone has a blessed Friday!

Good morning all! Well Lionel was taken in bright and early this morning to remove his cherries and get a health check. I’ll be picking him up about 6:30 this evening. Hopefully he is not too drugged up when I get him.

Poor Lionel was the last to have surgery because of complications. He is still knocked out from the anesthesia but I got him all set up for when he wakes up. Turns out his testicles have not dropped. One was in his abdomen and another was lodged in the inguinal canal. It’s called cryptorchidism. So he has been basically spayed and neutered all at once. He needs a couple days of recovery but it will take him about a week to really start feeling better. He has a few incisions in him as well as his belly.
