After a Buddhist dies, will Jesus send him to heaven or hell?

Some to heaven, some to hell. If a Buddhist is going to heaven, it's not because they are a Buddhist; it's because they have finally believed in the gospel, perhaps post mortem.

If they heard of Jesus and heard the gospel and reject Him and the gospel message then they are condemned and will be separated from the presence of the Lord forever. If they hadn't heard of Jesus and the gospel message then I believe God will judge them based on what they did know according to what Paul described in Romans 2.

The verse I quoted refers to those who have heard of Jesus and the gospel and rejected Him and the gospel message. Those Buddhists who have heard of Him and the gospel message and rejected it are condemned. Any who are still alive still have the opportunity to repent, of course. But, if they never do then they are condemned and will not have eternal life with Christ.

I believe the Buddhists who have not heard of Jesus and the gospel will be judged by the standard Paul outlined in Romans 2.
