See, that's it. They're "evil." As a medical person you could make an argument that they were just wrong to do it, but it would have to be on a case-by-case basis. You could also, as a Christian, easily make the case that they are sinners. But to say they are "evil" implies some further sinister motivation or objective on their part. That's the part we are having a hard time seeing.
