But Trump isn't going to put gays into death camps, pass Jim Crow Laws (heard someone on CNN say that yesterday), invade foreign nations, or subvert the Constitution. He has limited powers as president, and not even a conservative SCOTUS will let him run wild.
Nah, it's immigrants that'll be in camps: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/tr...detention-camps-mass-deportations-2024-04-30/

Trump was asked whether he would build new detention camps as part of his campaign pledge to carry out the biggest deportation of migrants in the country illegally. "I would not rule out anything," Trump said...

Maybe you could edit your post above to include this as one of the 'bad things'. Assuming that you think it would be bad, of course.

Rather than debate the things in it you like, let's discuss the things you don't. I'm far more likely to not be opposed to your position on those. :)
The Bad:

1. Blanket tariffs on imported goods. Matching tariffs that foreign nations apply on our goods to all their imports. While this makes some sense, I think it will be inflationary and counter-productive. Trade wars are bad for everyone.
Blanket tariffs, yep, definitely bad, inflationary and counter-productive. Since tariffs can't possibly fully fund the government, they are a minor source of revenue and a targeted trade policy tool. Use them to punish countries that dump products, steal IP in targeted ways or use them to support an important domestic industry, but trade wars and blanket tariffs are bad policy.
2. Israel policy: like Biden, Trump is very pro-Israel and will let them do whatever they want. To me, Israel is not an ally. It is an ethno-apartheid state, and we should not be involved in their affairs.
I generally agree with your description of Israel. Trump is super-pro Israel including their conduct of the current war. While Biden is also pro-Israel he has at least publicly criticized their conduct of the war in Gaza and made some small attempts to constrain them. I give him credit for that at least.
3. Enhancing liability protections and the powers of police. We don't need to do that --we simply need to enforce the laws that are on the books.
There is the matter of the court-created notion of "qualified immunity" for police that needs some sort of legislative correction. Perhaps Congress could create some legal definitions and limits for the liability of police (individually and departmentally) for their actions that cause unnecessary or intentional harm.
4. Tax policy: mixed-bag here --the government does need to raise revenue, so some tax hikes are needed.
I'm not sure we should discuss *which* taxes need to increase. :)

which is comparing churches to universities
You said 'So universities are churches now?' Which was a pretty desperate attempt at deflecting from the fact that you didn't appear to know that universities are classed as charities. The rest of the post is furious backpedaling.

“This is a great group, and they’re going to lay the groundwork and detail plans for exactly what our movement will do, and what your movement will do when the American people give us a colossal mandate to save America," Trump told the crowd about the Heritage Foundation.

Yes, let's be honest: Anytime Trump says "I have no idea who is behind it" or "I have no idea who this person is" -- he is lying.
Thank you for your opinion - we disagree

The first hurdle will be breaking the record number of deportations set by Obama.

A university serves the interests of its students, faculty, administration, and alumni

A church (good ones anyway), serve the interests of humanity through charitable works, spreading the Gospel, etc.

A church serves the interest of its members. It is not required to do anything more to get tax-exempt status.

Trump is Hitler and they are a mindless cult. Not very original.

Just because it's not original doesn't mean it isn't a fair comparison.

Trump has shown himself to be an authoritarian leader and he's created an authoritarian political movement where actual policy matters less than loyalty.

It's interesting, thanks, but it doesn't touch the questions I asked.
Please read through all of that article and you may see why Trump distanced himself from Project 2025.

That sounds a lot like Joe Biden and the leadership of the Democratic Party to me.

again i almost put the laughing face on this , Till i realized how true this is and that it truly is NO laughing matter at all .
Folks got no idea what is behind this . The people who use even biden
would not care if that man were killed , so long as perhaps his death might help farther their cause .
people got no idea who these politicians and even the world council of the religions are behind .
If they did , THEY WOULD RUN from these agendas and have never looked back .
THEY work as ONE now my friend . AS ONE . and they will kill even their own if it can help their cause .
These people do not care one little bit for humanity and i mean NOT One little bit .
Heck i dont even think biden knows how wicked they are . These men are embedded deeply
with the high places of this world and they will stop at nothing to get thier goals
EVEN if their goal costed the life of billions . And i do mean billions .

Trump said, while speaking to that very same Heritage Foundation:
(from transcript, emphasis mine)

"With the help of many people in this room, we saved our country once and together, we swear that we will save our country again.
Because our country is going to hell. The critical job of institutions, such as Heritage to lay the groundwork. And Heritage does such an incredible job at that. And I’m telling you, with Kevin and the staff, and I met so many of them now, I took pictures with among the most handsome, beautiful people I’ve ever seen. I didn’t like that picture. If you could lose that picture, please would you Kevin? But this is a great… No, he says I won’t do that. But this is a great group. And they’re going to lay the groundwork and detail plans for exactly what our movement will do and what your movement will do when the American people give us a colossal mandate to save America and that’s coming. That’s coming."

can you send me some real info on this . I need to investigate this twenty twenty five ...

Here you go, straight from their site.

Biden isn't an authoritarian leader. His model of leadership is more like servant leadership than Trump's. He may not be a perfect leader but one shouldn't engage in fallacious thinking that refuses to make distinctions or equivocates.

Trump, as president, boasted many times about how the rules and norms don't apply to him (like shooting people on the street and getting away with it). This is the kind of thing authoritarian leaders do. They don't believe rules are real, or they only apply to other people. They also use threats of violence in place of claims of truth as the basis of their authority.

Thanks, but once again, that does not answer the questions I asked. I can see all sorts of stuff Donald approves of in one sentence and rejects in the next, but none of that answers the actual questions I asked. The vagueness underscores the plausible deniability he and his acolytes depend upon.

Donald was talking about the Project 2025, distancing himself from "parts" of it. Remember the Wendy's commercial: "Parts is parts".

Taking care never to specify what "parts" the "parts" is.
