If you're going to allow them into the room...why exactly are they obligated to hide in the corner where they can't be seen?

I mean...I agree there's a difference, but neither is a crime if they are allowed there in the first place, we aren't going to start placing cameras in locker rooms so a lot of these incidents will be word against word.

People do complain. The thing is people have to respect and and honor the rights of others. The WW2 Vets often said they would risk their life and even die to protect the opinions of others even when they do not agree. But really they know they do not have rights if they do not protect the rights of others.

Sarcasm aside, as a referenced earlier, what makes this subject so tricky is the fact that, in essence, we could have two people who are in the same situation and same mindset, but get perceived differently based on how "passable" they are.

Admittedly, I don't have a good answer to how we solve that.

At the end of the day
"Do you want penises in the womens facility, or breasts in the mens facility? Pick your poison" is the conundrum.

The people who would be outraged about male downstairs parts in the womens facility, would be equally outraged by the more convincing looking transwomen exposing the upstairs parts in mens facility.

People gotta change somewhere.


With the pass-ability aspect, people who look like Blaire White and Buck Angel (and I'd advise that people don't google image search those names for more pics unless you want an eyeful of something you weren't planning on seeing)

Aren't going to get any flack using the the bathroom of their preference (Blaire on the left was born male, Buck was born female...they called this picture "straight: with extra steps")


In fact, they'd probably get a lot of flack for using the other facility that actually matches their birth sex.


At the same time, there are others who don't "pass" as well, despite the fact that they're in the same mindset and psychological situation as these two.

And that brings up another caveat, which is that someone's intentions are judged based on how well the hormones worked to help them achieve the desired "look".

Some will say that Blaire is sincere about it because the hormones were obviously pretty successful in getting the desired look, but will assume that someone is "faking it to see naked girls" if they happen to still have the 5 o'clock shadow and broad shoulders and still look like a man.

The tough part is that for the people who want to abuse it, they are going to kinda look like the person who the hormones weren't all that successful for.


Again, I don't have a great answer for this situation lol.

I get that this is probably how most people imagined these policies working when they were proposed...

Realistically though, the question is not about letting Buck Angel into the women's room....there's a reason why Buck Angel is the go-to example in so many of these threads, and it's because of the rarity of someone that passable.

The policy has to be "will you let a man who has done absolutely nothing to transition into the women's room"?

Because there's no requirement for transitioning in being trans...it's just a claim you make about how you "feel" that no one can verify. Even the idea that a trans person must feel "gender dysphoria" in order to be trans is being pushed back on by trans activists. "Truescum" are people who claim "true trans people" must either....

1. Transition in some way.
2. Experience gender dysphoria.

And anyone else is "faking". This term will be used to label anyone who disagrees with the idea that anyone claiming to be trans...is trans...regardless of how they act, dress, or efforts to transition. Anyone disagreeing with this "take everyone's word on it" standard will be labeled a "truescum transphobic bigot"....much in the way that feminists who rejected the idea that trans women are women are labeled terfs.

When you consider it rationally, that is the only standard that can be applied to policies regarding restrooms, locker rooms, showers, etc. There will be no "trans women must at minimum wear women's underwear, have long hair or a wig, and apply lipstick and eyeshadow before using women's facilities".

Planet Fitness may have a clause that allows them to question the sincerity of a trans woman's identity....but no employee who wants to remain employed will do so. The employee won't get in trouble if a woman or girl is sexually assaulted or harassed in the locker rooms....but they may get in trouble for denying a man entry if he claims to be a woman.

You can shop on sugar daddy dot com if you want. They are legal but for me women do not fully understand men until there are about 30. It is a long slow gradual process before they are onto all the scams men want to use on them. Women want positive affirmation and men know how to play them with that.

The interesting thing is that on a long enough timeline....this will simply remove real women from many public and private places.

Eventually enough women will know or be someone who has been harassed or assaulted in these places and the resulting anxiety that they are unsafe will result in an increasing number of women working out at home.

I'll take a look...

He's claiming to be a lot of things in that bio...I don't know if he's diagnosed or just one of those people who self-diagnoses because mental illness is trendy. He is an LGBTQ advocate/activist and that seems to be a more likely explanation of his actions than being bipolar.

Has it? Most recent articles I read were 4 days old and apparently it was still hurting. The main thing keeping them afloat was a crooked business model that makes it very difficult to cancel memberships.

If all the men in your scenario are 18 or older what exactly is the crime?
If he asks a 17 year old to lather him up and shower with him he may be in trouble.
