Two neo-Nazis who were recorded plotting a violent attack to bring down the US government have been sentenced to nine years in prison.

Brian Mark Lemley, 35, and Canadian Patrik Jordan Mathews, 29, were members of the Base, a white nationalist terror group.

They pleaded guilty to charges in June.

As well as destroying railway lines and poisoning water supplies, they planned to break racist mass murderer Dylann Roof out of a prison in Indiana, according to investigators.

The Base, formed in 2018, seeks to create terrorist cells in the US and other countries in an attempt to establish fascist, white ethno-states through a "race war", say hate-group monitors.

Only 9 years? Bear in mind that whistleblowers can be given as much as 35 years in jail.

Shows that penalties for them (true whistleblowers) need to be reduced or eliminated.

Newly released FBI tapes show white supremacist members of 'The Base' plotting terror attacks

"We need to go back to the days of ... decimating Blacks and getting rid of them where they stand," Mathews said in one recording. "If you see a bunch of Blacks sitting on some corner you [doggone] shoot them."

"I need to claim my first victim," Lemley said in another recording. "It's just that we can't live with ourselves if we don't get somebody's blood on our hands."

After the two men were arrested in January 2020, just days before the Richmond rally was set to take place, law enforcement found tactical gear, 1,500 rounds of ammunition, and packed cases of food and supplies in their residence.

That can't be. It's the LEFT side of the spectrum that is a greater threat to America.

That's what clueless people have been saying forever. I mean, why should I be listening to people investigating and monitoring the actions of these groups?

Michigan neo-Nazis tried to build ‘community’ at farmhouse, end up facing prison time instead

It’s pretty clear that Michigan neo-Nazi Justen Watkins was not too concerned about being arrested in December 2019 for harassing a family at their home. As soon as he was out on bond, he not only continued participating in message boards for the fascist organization The Base and blogging about them, he also went right back to organizing a training camp for his terrorist cell—and broke into a vacant Department of Corrections facility to scope it out as a possible paramilitary training site.

So this week, Watkins, 25, of Bad Axe, and his two cohorts in the break-in—Thomas Denton, 32, and Tristan Webb, 19, both of Huron County—were convicted of multiple felony counts related to the plot to build a “hate camp” that would train neo-Nazi warriors for a coming race war. Watkins, the group’s self-declared leader, awaits sentencing, but could face up to 20 years in prison.

Watkins had previously proclaimed himself the leader of The Base after the online-organized accelerationist terror group’s founder and nominal leader, Rinaldo Nazzarro, aka “Norman Spear,” had been exposed as an operative associated with Russian intelligence living in Russia.

Maybe you're unaware that Cullors' organization Black Lives Matter tax info was recently made public. Unsurprisingly, despite causing over 500 riots that did billions in damages to Black communities that will last decades and resulted in multiple deaths....she spent the money on herself and her friends. Trayvon Martin's family, the death of whose son "inspired" this scam....never got a thin dime from BLM. Cullors' baby daddy however, got just shy of a million for "consulting".

Honestly, you should read the list....millions spent on security by an organization that wanted to abolish the police.

Regardless, you're right, these people aren't considered terrorists despite inciting more assaults than I can count, getting multiple people murdered, billions of dollars in destruction and untold damage that will last decades. That would require admitting how easily duped so many people on the left are as well as complicity in the damage done.

But it's a good thing that the FBI took some time off framing militia men in Michigan to actually find a couple of white supremacists before they hurt anyone. If they keep this up....they may be a respectable organization again one day.

For someone who proclaims to not care about this subject, you sure do spend a lot of time in these threads. Way more than me, and I actually do care. Don't you have any hobbies? Besides "owning the libs", I mean.

Yeah, she sucks. So does her organization. I'm glad to say I don't know anyone who ever supported her.

Thankfully, the BLM movement and the organization with the same name aren't the same thing. Some of the unaffiliated movements have been smart enough to disassociate themselves by not using the name - such as Detroit Will Breathe - but leftists, for the most part, have always been terrible at branding.

Regardless, you're right, these people aren't considered terrorists despite inciting more assaults than I can count, getting multiple people murdered, billions of dollars in destruction and untold damage that will last decades. That would require admitting how easily duped so many people on the left are as well as complicity in the damage done.

No, it would require an unambiguous demonstration of the alleged incitement to a specific terroristic incident or incidents, attributed to either an individual or group of conspiring individuals. You can't charge anyone with terrorism on the evidence that "the left are easily duped". That's not a thing.

But it's a good thing that the FBI took some time off framing militia men in Michigan to actually find a couple of white supremacists before they hurt anyone. If they keep this up....they may be a respectable organization again one day.

They also catch the occasional serial killer, and they recognize that "antifa" is not an organization. So, I would say they get just barely enough things right to justify their existence.

Also, I'm glad you mentioned black communities. You don't care and are just moralistically bloviating by bringing it up, but for anyone reading along who does care, here is a national database of black-owned businesses for you to support,

Black Owned Business Directory and App | NationalBlackGuide.com

Here's one specific to my area (New England) if you happen to live here,

OK, the topic once again, boys and girls, is 'The Base'.
Bit of a rubbish name. They could at least have injected some humour and called themselves The Freebasers. Might have helped with an insanity plea.

They seem to be denying any link and now say it's named after a base such as in mountaineering, but as I remember it, they named 'The Base' as a parallel with 'Al Qaeda' [i.e. the Base].

Fetishization of the military is a very common tendency of fascists. I'm guessing that's where it comes from.

The idea of having a name like "The Base" is to sound sinister and powerful. May The Force kick your Base.
