So, just what was the Buffalo shooter's political ideology? [in his own words]

Wait no, it's liberals admit demographics are changing but conservatives are racist for making the observation. Wait no, conservatives are racist no matter what they do
The demographics are changing, that isn't the argument. Conservatives like Tucker claim that the change is a problem that we have to do something about. Liberals note that the change is happening. Do you see the difference?

No I can't get free of the idea that it's illegal. Maybe you think we can accept everyone who comes here that everyone is being properly vetted and will all show up for their hearings will all get jobs and not need public assistance and that no one is getting in undetected. I don't 63% of Non-Citizen Households Access Welfare Programs
According to this article, biased as it is, far more non-citizens receiving public assistance (defined as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) food program, free or subsidized school lunch and breakfast, food stamps (officially called the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP), Medicaid, public housing, and rent subsidies) have at least one household member working as opposed to citizen receivers.
Of non-citizen households receiving welfare, 93 percent have at least one worker, as do 76 percent of native households receiving welfare. In fact, non-citizen households are more likely overall to have a worker than are native households

It seems all anyone paid attention to was the link and not the other issues. I don't doubt that many people who come here illegally are very hard workers and just want to better themselves.

The city I live in is half Mexican Americans and almost full on Mexican heritage,

No change in demographics in your city, eh? Mexicans just happen to now occupy half your city without any help from the porous southern border?

and our Congresspeople represent our Mexican community very well. Legally! I mean we voted for them! That is how our minorities are represented.

Of course! The census covers everyone regardless of their legality in being in this country, so now they're also represented by our elected officials who they voted into office.

No, I was also responding to your declaring, "Maybe you think we can accept everyone who comes here that everyone is being properly vetted and will all show up for their hearings will all get jobs and not need public assistance and that no one is getting in undetected. I don't."

What's illegal--specifically? Being in the country illegally? That's a misdemeanor. Big deal. Applying for amnesty while in the country illegally? That's a right guaranteed by law and international treaty.

And maybe I don't. Why would you think I believe such an ignorant bunch of made-up twaddle when I have been so explicit as to what my position really is? Talk about a straw man... I think your brain is processing any opinion other than your own as "open borders" and you can't understand anything we're saying to you.

Depends on the city. There were thriving communities of Mexicans, cities even, in the American Southwest when the wrteched Pilgrims were starving at Plymouth Rock. There still are.

More election fraud nonsense

Your position seems to be it's no big deal to come here illegally and everyone else should just be quiet and accept that.DUI, assault, and theft of property are misdemeanors too should we stop prosecuting people for those offenses?

It relates to the shooter through his manifesto.
Yeah, well here’s the thing…
I haven’t read the manifesto because this person’s intent was that he wanted it to be read, but like the poorly mimeographed broadsides I would be handed back in ye olden days, I’m loath to waste my time on it.

The only reason that I might take a look at it would be to try to understand “why someone would feel compelled to carry out these heinous crimes?”; but I already know…to get me to read his manifesto.

So I ain’t a-gonna.

You asked the relevance of immigration in the thread, I answered. You can do whatever you wish.

Where did I say that everyone should just be quiet and accept it?--quote me. And if it's such a big deal, why aren't we doing something about the millions of illegal aliens already in the country, many of whom have been here for decades? What about illegals who come into the country through legal ports of entry? Why are they not a problem?

Africans don't seem to be coming here illegally in large numbers that I'm aware of. Am I missing something? I could be not everything gets reported.
No, slave trading was legal when they came.

Just so I can enlighten to the ignorance in the comment above, The Old Pueblo was Mexican territory long before it was America, and it is the whites who came here and changed things. I understand it is uncomfortable to hear, but there were OTHER people on this land long before the European invasion and the USA.
Mexican Americans.... That is Mexican Americans.

And cut us some Slack. After all this is the birthplace of the Chimichanga!
