It was not their country, nor was it their land. It was British ruled.
Right, they were just living there. Why would they think it was their country. GB had to right to be there either. They stole that land the same way they stole this country.

Of course, they rejected a plan that would take away their land. Why should they give away half of their country? Now, 9/10s of their country. The bottom line is people were forcibly removed from their homes and given nowhere to go. Would you vote to have your home taken away? Probably not. Did Jordan and Eqypt want to give their land away? Likely not. That's why they still have beef with them today. They did a land grab that was made legit by the UN.

No different than the Europeans taking America from the natives. It was accepted because they saw the people living there as inferior the same way The Israelis and evangelicals see the Palestineans as inferior. Not deserving of the same rights.

They never cast a vote, because they had no government from which to vote from.

Making a lot of assumptions and have a big problem with actual history. Maybe a new book should be read instead. Palestine was never a country, never had a homeland. The British tried to set a two state area and the Arabs rejected every effort made. Want to cast blame? The Arabs ruling over the non citizen's that were nothing but goat herders. In the end the UN declared Israel a state making their possession legal and the so called Palestinians have to date not had a state declared at all.

The actions of Israel? Lose a war and the squatters will suffer the results. Whatever the squatters were booted out of was destroyed and real homes constructed and put in place.

As to the native Indians? Killing each other and migrating while having no established government or capital ......The Indians lost their wars as well. Again, try reading history versus the revisionist trash.

If the Arabs put as much time, energy, passion and money into building ifrastructure, farms and businesses as they do attacking Israel.... they would be a lot farther.

Israel would gladly give them help in how to creat a garden country out of sand.

Exactly. Now "Palestine" wants something they never created, never did for themselves and demand they take over the works a successful profiteering population. If they could get away with it, not a bad deal for a group of goat herders.

Plenty of people, in fact hundreds of thousands of people lost everything so, yes you can lose what the Europeans don't recognize as yours.

Is it the same with the native Americans, they didn't own anything so they lost nothing? They lost everything as well except for a reserved area. Same as the natives of Palestine.

If they never had a homeland, how were they removed from their HOMES?

The same could be said for non European immigrants to Europe, North America and GB today

My wife and I downsized two years ago. The home I am currently in, we lease. I do not own it. If the land owner sold the home and the new owner put me out - they could - legally.

That is how I could be removed from my HOME. Because I don't own the land.

They didn't own it because it was stolen by the Europeans. 300,000 people had homes they build and lived in. Then you say the British had the right to step in and those homes and give them to the Zionists? Same mentality as when the Europeans took Africa and America and carved it up for themselves with their only rights to the land being the ability to produce bigger and better weapons then the people that lived there.

If you live somewhere that you built that is your home. When an outsider takes it, it's called theft.

Brought an Israeli army to Palestine to commandeer it for themselves. Muslims out Jews in. Still that way today. Still taking land piece by piece today.
There were no "Israeli" armies.... They had not even been a country. They were just coming out of the holocaust...

Nobody "brought" an Israeli army... There was none.

Ok.... who does England belong to.
Italy? Australia?

Pick any plot of land... any country.. The people that live there and govern it... are not the original people of that area.

In history.. you got a big tribe... you attack the neighbour tribe. You kill the men, rape the women and then take the land. If you lose, they kill your men, rape your women and take your land.

Brutal.. but.. true.

This went on for centuries.

Nobody, then, owns the land that they have. Every previous owner took it from someone else.

The very first owners stumbled on to open land with nobody there.. What makes it theirs? Just because they found it?

It's a slippery slope... trying to find the actual owners of land.

God said that He would scatter the Jewish people... That happened.

God said that He would gather them back together... He did.

Now, they posess their original promised land. It's Gods will and it won't ever be taken from them or even given away.

So who was driving the tanks?
A rag tag group of militia and volunteers thrown together in a rush because they knew that the Arab nations would try to over run them before they could organize a military.

It truly was a miracle.

Too bad the video is not on YouTube. It is sold an amazon and ebay.

Truly amazing where they got their equipment from and how they rushed their meager forces around to different fronts ..... and the blunders that were made by the Arabs... along with the miracles.....

Truly amazing.

You mean the Arabs were in a rush to protect their homes? The Zionist army invaded and stole the land from the inhabitants. You call it a miracle, I call it a conquest.

I wonder if one of the reasons Biden did this is because the Saudis are not answering their phones and he hopes he can talk them into opening up the flow of oil before the elections. IMO if this is the plan it is for once kind of smart but likely wishful.

Again. There was no army... They were newly formed gathering of Jewish people. There was no organized military force. The US was shying away from helping... They were a small bunch, on their own and facing the attack of six Arab nations who wanted no part of them getting set up as a government and did not want to give them time to protect their new borders.

THeir "New" borders. Meaning the borders of the land that they stole. Whoever they were, they had tanks and they took the land they now occupy. Then they kept taking land up to this day. They weren't invited in by the people that lived there for a few thousand years. They came they saw they conquered.

Here is what Wiki says:

Following the declaration of independence in 1948, Arab armies invaded Israel. Egypt came from the south, Lebanon and Syria from the north, and Jordan from the east backed by Iraqi and Saudi troops, in what Azzam Pasha, Arab League Secretary speaking on Cairo radio, declared would be "a war of extermination and a momentous massacre."[1]

In the initial phase of the war, the IDF was inferior in both numbers and armament. Invading Arab armies boasted 270 tanks, 150 field guns and 300 aircraft. The IDF had zero planes and three tanks.

They were given the land by the British... It was not stolen...
as for Tanks... Read post #59

Tell me... did the Arabs steel the Gaza Strip? It was given to them by Ariel Sharon.. and then he fell into a coma.

By your rules... They stole it.
