I’ve been wanting to donate to a good Christian charity of late. In truth, I want to donate to one that specializes in evangelizing the lost. Anyone know of any legit programs to donate to that do this?
God bless!
I donate to the local missions that house, feed, and provide the word for those in need.

They are called Missionary Societies. Talk to your minister about those your church supports, if it doesn't ask why not and change church to one that does obey Jesus's command to go into all the world.
Here in the UK there are missionary organisations like ' London Ciy mission' that evangelises London, do some on line research there probable are US missionary groups reaching American cityzens in America.

Charitable work and evangelism don't always mix well. There's always the potential of manipulation, both on the charity and the recipient to conflate a conversion with receiving assistance. On the foreign field, the phenomenon was called "wheat Christians": people who "converted" believing they'd starve otherwise.
As the director of a charitable ministry, I struggle with the fact that I don't have a lot of opportunity to preach the gospel in carrying out my job.

Agreed, the local missions tend to be the most connected with the community dynamic, and most willing to get involved and help in this way.
And most of the money goes to helping people and not to private fund raising services who take a cut before anything actual gets to the the people serving the needs.
