Is this a sin or not, and if so should you be on the safe side if you don't know?

I will give one example.
I go to sleep in the morning and wake up in the night, it seems strange but pulling all nighters made it this way and I feel like there is not enough time in the day.

It doesn't seem God designed man to sleep during these times, and there may be health consequences for it.

But anyways I thought to myself, "Try to do the correct thing always, and then I won't have to worry about if it's a sin or not".

And if it happens not to be, I just made a sacrifice for the love of God, which is probably better than ignorantly sinning and finding out later.

It's not a sin, or at least is not one unless you want it to be.....

I have worked my share of nonstandard work shifts, especially grave yard. That shift is good for some people, with certain needs. Not to mention, there is the business of eating and having money to pay rent etc. and sometimes those kinds of jobs are the ones where you can be hired on quickly with no fuss.
Granted our bodies were not designed for it, but somebody has to work to keep things running in this modern post industrial society that we live in.

By the way there is a lot you can do to help yourself if you work this shift. Like using Black out curtains on your bedroom, becoming more disciplined in your sleep schedule, and if necessary taking Melatonin before bed to help you sleep.

Some people, like me, are wired to stay up at night and sleep during the day. It's even hereditary. My mom was the same way.

I agree, but be careful. The modern generation once again believes a wooden stake is the cure.
