From this and and other posts I've read, I certainly am not experiencing the Holy Spirit.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
Intimacy with the Spirit can be found in HIS praying and our listening and watching.
Romans 8:
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray
for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot
be uttered.
27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit
is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to
the will of God.
When groaning and sighing become spiritual...
Mark 7:34 Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him,
“Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.”
Mark 8:12 But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said,
“Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.”
John 11:38 Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave,
and a stone lay against it.
Psalm 38:9 Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.
Exodus 6:5 And
I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom the Egyptians
keep in bondage, and
I have remembered My covenant.
