Which vaccine do you speak about? Certainly not Comirnaty from BioNtech (distributed in the US by Pfizer), which has a quite different history.

Since we are from different countries, we discuss a set of different vaccines, if you speak about a specific vaccine, name it, please.

EDIT: better wording, same content

The vaccine, not the specific vaccine but the mRNA idea of the vaccine has been in discussion since 83. I researched this last year and found out mRNA vaccine talk is not a new thing

Hopefully the EU will kick that law back.
I pray.

mostly because no one should be coerced or forced into getting anything, ever.

Why they would do that? That was the whole purpose of this ”virus” hysteria. They want more control of everyone.

Yet it happens for every school age children and most don't raise a big stink
That’s bc is you don’t want it your child can be homeschooled until 18 when they decide if they want to be vaccinated.

Just from the health aspect, it may be the biggest blunder in history if certain scientists are correct about the dangers of mass-vacination of all age groups with a leaky vaccine in the middle of a pandemic.
It is a big blunder to listen to guys who spread suspicions all the experts can rule out.

This has never been done before.
It has. No vaccine has 100% success.

We may be creating a global petri dish in which the least dangerous variant is wiped out, allowing more lethal vaccine-resistant variants to thrive and spread.
Nonsense.

And what good is a booster of alpha-targetting vaccine against a delta variant?
A vaccination is not like a gun-bullet, but rather like an artillery shell: It hits not only what it is targeted at, but also the whole neighborhood. Delta is near enough to Alpha to be targeted, too.

The positive results from boostering can be seen in Israel. The negatives effects you describe are only hypothetical, some are even theoretically impossible, none have been observed (though many booster vaxes in different countries).

Read reliable information and stop spreading curious rumors, please.

unless I am wrong and can be.. vaccine or not you can still get covid and then get it again and pass it alone.
That's right.

So it won't stop anything.
There are analphabets which have gone to school, so (according to your logic) schools don't help anything in education ...

Yes, but that has nothing to do with SARS-COV1. Neither bioNtech nor Moderna did anything on SARS vaccination, they were focused on vaccination against certain types of cancer, until they became aware of the fact that their methods might help to develop a covid-19-vaccine. Moderna got money from the federal government of Germany, bioNrech had to look for other sources and finally cooperated with Pfizer ...

The research for a anti-SARS-vaccine was cut of when the epidemic was over. I don't know whether someone revived it when covid-19 appeared and so developed an anit-covid-19 vaccine, may be. But neither bioNtech nor Moderna did so. Both companies where founded years after SARS (2008 resp. 2010).

That was the whole purpose of this ”virus” hysteria.
The "hysteria" started in China, almost everyone was puzzled about it, then Italia got the first wave in Europe, and got hysteric, too (I suppose at the point when military had to take care of the dead bodies, because there were not enough coffins to bury them decently in the then "hot spot" town).

I don't think any politician wanted such hysteria. In China, the first warnings from a doctor were dismissed by the authorities (the doctor was told not to spread false rumors). And I can't believe that any Italian politician wanted that virus imported to Italia to create such a mess ...

And ever looked into why UK PM Johnson changed his mind?

Just because your country did not experience such things you think it is hysteria to do everything to prevent such things.

Then why all those thousands and thousands protesters are not dead? They have been protesting atleast 18 months. No masks, close contact.. why they are not scared? Pandemic so deadly, that people question it?

The disease is not 100% deadly, but AFAIK there have been protesters that are dead by now. Others had the luck of a light outcome, or of not been infected yet.

And "light outcome" may mean that this person lives, but infected another person, who died.

For the reason others have said here. You'd be picking and choosing between others who have made bad health choices in what they eat or smoke and obesity and giving all those people a break so why pick on a covid patient? How can that be considered fair?
If someone smokes, already knowing the the risks/statistics of cancer, heart disease and so on, then they are choosing to cause their own increased health costs.

Freely choosing. Their own choice.

If someone intentionally burns their own house down, by choice, should you bobber then have to pay for their free choice, by paying extra insurance costs yourself?

No, you should not have to pay for their choice to burn their own house down, their intentional action.

I therefore think smokers should pay the extra health risk costs of smoking, in higher insurance rates for smokers.

It's their choice, and you and I should not have to pay for their choice, just like we shouldn't be forced for instance to pay for their beer. (we might freely choose ourselves to pay for their beer, but we should not be forced by law to pay for their beer)

That's beside the point.
Not really. It’s not.

and I’m against mandatory forced vaccination of the general population.

but if they are to be vaccinated for school they still have a choice. Either be vaccinated or be homeschooled.
The choice is still there.
I don’t agree with it bc vaccines save lives but still.

In this case, forced vaccination on the people by the government on the general population on an unwilling person is on par with medical torture.
It is a violation of bodily autonomy.

Forced vaccinations on an unwilling patient who has 100% mental capacity is medical torture. It violates medical ethics.

Yes, vaccines save lives.
But it shouldn’t be at the cost of losing our bodily autonomy either.

The crucial point is: It is not only about the life of the vaccianted ones, but also about others whose lives will be saved by that vaccination.

Mmhm.
Bar them from entering stores. Or make them wear full hazmat suits.
Idc.
But holding a full grown adult down while they are screaming at you “No!” while you’re trying to give them the vaccine is straight up medical torture.
I don’t care if it’s “for the greater good”.
How is this loving one’s neighbor when we see that they are terrified of it?
Forcing them is not the answer. Ever.
Yes, we can tell them that loving one's neighbor is getting the vaccine but it’s also understanding when our neighbor is frightened to get vaccinated, forcing them to get it isn’t loving our neighbor either.

Also, I’m vaccinated. I’m not anti-vax. I’m anti-totalitarian, anti-authoritarian.
I'm against any government telling it's general population to get a medical procedure done or what can or can’t be done to citizen's bodies.

I believe only God can tell me what to do in regards to my body. As in God is the first and last opinion I seek answers from regarding decisions about my body.

Sure, can the government, doctors etc etc suggest things be done? Absolutely.
Forcing it?
N O.

Going by this logic, if the unvaccinated take many hospital beds that are needed by others...what about all the obese people and people with diabetes, heart problems, blood problems, lung cancer patients. Majority are because people eat junk food, they do not eat health at all, they eat sugars all the time. I don't know about your country but in Slovakia 20-25% of the health budget goes to treatment of diabetes, which 90% of time can be avoided if people ate properly. And what about the chain smokers with lung cancers and other diseases?

I don't smoke, barely have any alcoholic drink, if so with food, I sport regularly, I decreased the consumption of sugars and red meat, and take daily vitamins D, zinc, eat my fruits and veg etc etc. Ofc I can still get ill, but I have vastly decrease risk of getting obese or getting diabetes. Why can't others do the same? Most obese and diabetes are because of their health choices. So by your logic we should put them under lockdown, until they reach certain weight, health etc. Because otherwise they will take too many hospital beds, which they already do and doctors and nurses are burned out because of them. (Yes I know they can't spread obesity, but they are more vulnerable to diseases which they can spread. Also the vaccine doesn't stop spreading of the virus).
When it gets to where those other people obese, smokers ECT are overrunning the hospitals coming in all at one time and causing other people to be unable to get treatment that is when I will have the same problem with them as I do with people who do not take the co-vid vaccine.

Who will pay that? Rising taxes, or the individual who wants to be tested for antibodies?
I did take the vaccine, but I would be willing to pay for an andibody test ( I had co-vid prior to having the vaccine.
