What is the truth over a stadium-sized righteous indignant apex that has occurred, being deemed a ‘social media sensation’ following several days of a crowd shout-out, "Let’s Go Brandon!"?

God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. (Psalm 7:11)

Likewise, His children will observe the world in concurrent fashion according to His will. This also applies to the use of vulgar speech, which in recent weeks has claimed massive crowds that all started with an NBC interview with a NASCAR racer, Brandon Brown. The interviewer, attempting to gain control of the sexual vulgarity pounding the atmosphere ‘____-Biden’, suggested the crowd was chanting, "Let’s Go Brandon!".

While the origin is returning the message of intense disapproval of Biden & company, I have a problem with such an ‘apex’ (although it is driving up liberal shame). But to make sense, it must return to the original vulgarity for definition. The Godly will resist the supposed sanitation.

Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up the one in need and bringing grace to those who listen. (Ephesians 4:29)

The temptation here? That this is God’s gift to communicate effectively.

Your Ephesians 4:29 wouldn't bring up the verse virtually over the screen, so here it is : 29 "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for edifying as the need may be, that it may give grace to them that hear".

I guess the question would be, did that happen in the event you wrote on ?

Edit: and of course now it's working lol ! Guess it was meant to be embedded in a message.

As understanding the facts, that He may send zeal, or He may send hardness and or delusion - all without tempting nor deception, but by trying the hearts. Still, seems true, we stand as benefactors.

God looks at the heart, not the outward. What's the heart behind the words? Is it to voice displeasure with their representative leadership (which is biblically acceptable) or is it to secretly be vulgar and offensive? The answer is most likely that there are some of both in every crowd doing it. So, perhaps it is best to leave it to God to judge the heart of others and instead focus on our own heart.

A few years back, we moved to a different Church, yet, stayed in contact. A couple of times a month meeting with certain of that Church's former elders who still attend. Recently, we learned an active elder among other notable members left under sharp objection in support to an aged brother's rather loose selction of words in response to being corrected by the music director, basically, three people involved which grew to include more. This 'selection of words' was not full-faced profanity but clearly not of universal approval either.

So much so, a boiling-point was reached and a shouting match insued up front and in front of all, upsetting the assembly young and old to tears. One, associate minister storming out violently. I am told all except the aged brother and his supporting elder, others have appologized. As I mentioned, the others left.

The Church response was to put him away till he appologize to the assembly.

To me, this is the result of not only unbridled, unwholesome speech, but by engaging others in the temptation to try and shout-down those who pose a threat and not taking the discussion to a private setting, that type of harm can impact others for life.

And the tongue is a fire, the very world of unrighteousness; the tongue is set among our body’s parts as that which defiles the whole body and sets on fire the course of our life, and is set on fire by hell. (James 3:6)
