I’m going to try this again, but with only one question.

For those who hold to a future millennial kingdom, why will people be more obedient to God during the earthly millennial rule of Christ?

The sense I get is because the devil is restrained and cannot deceive the nations during that period.

"more obedient" may be a teaching because human bodies still sin.

(Background: I see the millennium as a possibility because a figurative framework of the seven days of creation appears to be visible through symbols in the bible since the fall. The seventh day being the millennium. Other people with a 1000 year view like that may have other theological baggage that doesn't apply to me.)

Because He will be physically present and reigning from Jerusalem and any sane person would be obedient.

So you are saying the same economy of fact we have now will be operative then? —We will still be fallen humans, the old man still at work to cause sin in the believers, and the lost will be there too, and everything depends on the good choices of freewilled men?

Why will the devil being restrained lead to more obedience? Does he make you sin right now?

I’m not sure that’s true.

But he said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’”

Because there will not be corrupt government, The Messiah judgments will not be political and His government will not rule by lies for one reason. Plus satan will be bound and the environment will be near perfect.

I can answer that as a past millennial. I was never able to figure that out.
So interested to read the posts !
Blessings.

How does that deal with sin?

Really? We are in 6021 then. Of course, Premils normally adjust their extra-biblical theories every time they fall apart. When AD500 didn't work out it was AD1000. Then it was AD2000. What next?

Because anyone with a lick of sense that was still alive at the time would have come to realize that the ways of man that led to the turmoil pre thousand years were no match for the ways and will of God. Man's ways always leads to turmoil and repentance of those ways would lead to a culture more willing to leave those ways behind, politics, strife and greed a thing of the past and soon to be forgotten after this final test before the new Kingdom.

Where in Revelation 20 does it say "there will not be corrupt government"?

How can they even survive the coming of the Lord when Jesus and the NT writers tell us all the ungodly will be destroyed when He appears?

Hi Jesus will be king over all the earth and rule with judgment and justice when he takes over. Now Christ will have many others ruling with Him who he puts in positions of authority and these are Ressurected believers so with this authority righteous laws and strict enforcement will create a much different environment which will effect behavior. Now sin and rebellion begin in the heart and many will comply with a heart of rebellion. This is evident that when Satan is loosed that he can quickly gather an army that will rebel and be destroyed.

If you look a the cultural revolution that began in the 60's and compare today with where we came from we see a rapid change in morals values and behavior was achieved in a short time by removing god from schools and removing the Hayes code for censorship. So when the LORD is king this kind of change occurs and is enforced.

The self serving ways which man has built this world in our own image upon, will be destroyed. What will that leave them?

If Christ is reigning then obviously there won't be a corrupt government since Christ will be the head of the theocracy. To suggest His government will be corrupt in some way is blasphemy

Are your millennial mortals not born in sin and shapen in iniquity? How do the millions of religious phonies who eventually follow Satan as the sand of the sea obey Christ when they do not possess the Holy Spirit or do they all lose their salvation in a mass insurrection to follow their real master Satan in an historic falling away never seen in the whole of history?
