Which Asian cooking styles do you like?

I chose "Chinese" style.

There are so many Chinese cooking styles:

These eight culinary cuisines are Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Szechuan and Zhejiang.

Oh darn! All of the above. But I might not be the best at it

Japanese because we have a great Sushi shop in our town. Since this is the bush, we got real lucky. We have an Indian and a Chinese shop too and they are both pretty decent. The rest I've never tried. I don't get to the city much and even less since Covid.
If you mean to cook, we would rather get it as take away.

Countries usually have not got just ONE cooking style, but many.
I know this very well.
But in a poll only 10 options are possible.
I cannot list all the 10000000000000000000000000000000 styles that there are.
Please think of that before you complain.

Or partly in Asia, when it comes to Turkey and Arabia.
The Mid East is also a part of Asia.

That's geography; I'm talking about how people in the US perceive cooking styles when they are looking for a restaurant.
