In at least 19 states, where proof-of-vaccination requirements – commonly known as “vaccine passports” – are prohibited, businesses are not allowed to discriminate on the basis of whether someone has received an experimental shot or not.

Fact-check: Is it legal for businesses to ask patrons their vaccination status?
It is not wise to tell people vaccinations are harmful. The COVID virus is many times more harmful than the vaccine. Fortunately an overwhelming majority of people over the age of 55 have been vaccinated. Even now younger healthier people might miss two weeks of work from the virus. Others face grievous hospital bills from what they scoffed at. Vaccinations are legal in 50 states and no nation has banned them.

So, you believe medical apartheid should be instituted?

Cool! Good. I see this entire thing as a test-run for something far worse.
Well, Floridians have never had an issue with the longstanding "medical aparthied" of handing over their private medical information to the Nanny State in the form of school immunization records... but ask them to hand it over to Bob at the hardware store who, unlike the State, doesnt have the bandwidth, ability or inclination to do anything nefarious with it, and all of a sudden its a harbinger of the apocalypse...

Right...
The longstanding practice of requiring proof of vaccine status is irrelevant to the topic of requiring proof of vaccine status.

I got both doses of the Pfizer vaccine, but it's nobody's darn business whether I did or not. If I want to tell someone about a health decision or my medical status, I will tell them but they can go pound salt if they think that they're going be grilling me about it in order to spend money at their dumb store. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

What's next? They're going to be inquiring about my mental health status to determine whether I can enter a business to spend money or not?

My dad was in the military. He was sent to Europe, he took his family with him. They required we have vaccinations up to date such as for polio, tuberculosis and tetanus. We were not given a choice.

It has nothing to do with separation of races or racial politics. Their objective was to make sure we were healthy and strong.

I never said anything about race.

Could be, but i believe it will be eased in so people will not only accept it but ask for it. Kind of like now and the mask and to some extent the vaccine.

But we are living now with satan, the prince of the world and the god of this age. Who is in possession of the kingdoms of the world. So more devious times are a waiting

Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish.

Since Jesus's rejection of satan's offer, satan has been waiting for another time and person or persons. satan will offer them again next time the offer will be accepted buy the King of the North (beast out of the sea) and the antichrist/false prophet. But that will last only a short time

It is not illegal to ASK no matter the reason.

It is illegal in those 19 states to discriminate in services based on vaccination status.

Which is implied in 'ask' in this context.
