WASHINGTON — Gavin Grimm, the transgender activist, claimed victory this week after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal to a lower court ruling that sided against a Virginia school board’s policy barring students from using bathrooms that aligned with their gender identity.

“I am excited that after six years of fighting we finally have a resolution in this case,” Grimm told CBSN. Grimm initially filed suit in 2015, in a high-profile case that heralded a new era of advocacy for transgender “rights.”

This is the world trans activists want us to live in — one where a full-grown, adult male has the right to hang his genitals out in front of women and girls of all ages and where women who object are told they are transphobic.

Although I wouldn't classify this case as a male pretending to be a woman because of personal perversion, if we accepted that premise, then you have one case... that's not an epidemic by a long shot.

It is a male pretending to be a woman who is committing the crime of exposure, but is being protected from appropriate penalties.

Yep. And Catholic teaching does not condone transgenderism and mutilating the body. And that’s just the surface.
