God does not change - Mal 3:6 “For I, the Lord, do not change;..."
Liturgy and modes of worship do change.

Heb 10:4 animal sacrifices never forgave even one single sin. Animal blood could not do it.
Dan 9:1-6 - Daniel pleads forgiveness of sins without either priest or animal sacrifice

Adam and Eve fell of their own free will in Genesis 2-3.
Cain and Able make different choices in Gen 4 - of their own free will
Gen 6: - Mankind chooses rebellion and sin -- to the point God says this "
5 Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of mankind was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of their hearts was only evil continually. 6 So the Lord was sorry that He had made mankind on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. 7 Then the Lord said, “I will wipe out mankind whom I have created from the face of the land; mankind, and animals as well, and crawling things, and the birds of the sky. For I am sorry that I have made them.” 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord." Gen 6

Is 5:4
4 What more was there to do for My vineyard that I have not done in it?
Why, when I expected it to produce good grapes did it produce worthless ones?

7 By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

Gal 3:8 The Gospel "was preached to Abraham"
Gal 1:6-9 - only one Gospel
Heb 4:2 - the Gospel was "preached to us just as it was to them"

Thank you, but I think that there has been some miscommunication here. I'm talking primarily about the psychological difference between people living in the time of the Israelite kings and people living today.

This might be real difficult for us to imagine, but those under King David might be very similar to a person living and growing up under some primitive African country with a king 100 years ago.

I appreciate your response, but I'm a ilttle troubled by the language. It sounds very imperialistic and dismissive. I don't think that you meant it that way though, since you compare it to Israel under David. They were a great nation in those days.

Mindset is determined mostly by education in the different forms. "Forehead (mind) and right hand (behavior)" dictates what one will be. The Jews are taught from childhood by tieing Bbile verses to their forehead and right hand. That's who they are.

Today we send children to a secular education system instead, which is enforced by today's laws. That's who we are.

Interesting parallel with Revelation, and an excellent point you make. It may be that this difference between modern and biblical man is related to the Mark of the Beast.
