[The Narrow Way]

I've been doing alot of reading on the Mushroom - Lion's Mane, and it's very exciting! Has anyone here ever used it and if so, what for and do you think it helped?

My mom has dementia and from what i read, it sounds like it could be very beneficial....I'm going to start her on it right away.

I've studied alot about herbs but never really studied much in the Mushroom real.

It's a beautiful plant. Stephen Buhner recommends it to Lyme sufferers for severe brain numbness, failing/blurry vision w/floaters, emotional issues, chronic fatigue, migraines. I take it, but as yet not in the amounts I should. I think I'll start making a tincture of it.

It is a beauty, for sure! And I think I'll start taking it myself

First time I saw this kind of mushroom. I know a lot of herbs too but I don’t know much of mushrooms, maby God sent me on this page to learn about mushrooms. It looks very ”otherworldy” and beautiful

I thought it was beautiful, too! I take it everyday as it's supposed to be very good for the mind...to help prevent dementia... My mom has that and I do not want to get it....

You have to use the crushed cell-wall powder for it to be very effective as a nootropic. It also makes great mushroom stock.

As far as nootropics go, it's not dramatic (there are Russian nootropics like noopept that are alot more dramatic if you want to see instant brain boosting power). There's no doubt benefit to consuming it, but that's true of many mushrooms.
