It’s hard to get therapy man, I’m only 16 and I don’t have any money at all

If your family is poor enough (even if working), you can get medical assistance from your state.

It’s just my family has kind of a stigma around therapy so it’s hard.

If you check out the three churches that I recommended, you can begin to get help that way. If God doesn't heal you before you turn 18, you can still approach medical assistance without you parents' permission.

Honestly, I feel like I do it because I secretly hate myself...

You don't hate yourself. (You wouldn't be here seeking help if you did, unless you're a troll.)
It is the OCD that hates you. And you have to stand up to it.

I struggle with OCD and anxiety and I get scared because I feel so tired and I have these bad thoughts. Recently, I’ve been backsliding a lot, I’ve been lusting and I’ve been going back to my old ways

What ever problem you or anyone has the basic method of getting better is that of self responsibility.

You have to take action.

You have to listen and follow what the doctor says.

You have to take your medication or do the therapy.

There is no magic pill or incantation that makes a broken leg, mental illness or any other problem go away.

Anxiety, you have to work out what it is that makes you anxious and start recognising there is nothing there to make you anxious.
You have to adopt the techniques that help you deal with anxiety and panic attacks.

Intrusive thoughts. You've been told where to get help and the techniques that enable you to deal with them, so use them.

Sin/ lust, watch what you are looking at, don't stare at girls either real or pictures. Be careful of what you read.
No one lives a sin free live so memorised 1 John1:8-10 and use it.

Yes and so do i and everyone else who has ever lived, but Jesus, but we murdered Him, even out of our hearts sinning.

Dear brother please understand that sinning against God are not our thoughts that make us guilty but our actions that prove us guilty. Thoughts shape but the beginnings. Good thoughts bring good things but bad thoughts bring bad things.

So you have discovered that the wicked in you hate God? And you want to follow them? Such feeling and thinking is all to die out of you brother. We can't go on eternally being disobedient to God's love. We have to love again brother that is the issue. True love knows no lust but loves to please.

Your heart longs for love and you confuse that with sex but really you want to love. We all do. That is why you feel so guilty when you transgress against love lusting.

However love does not feel the way about you as you do. Jesus loves you undyingly. He wants to save you from lust, hate, compulsion, and fear and teach you to love God, self and neighbour as self.

Now bring your bad life to Jesus! Go do it! Time and again. ( you can come to God more times than you can sin!) He is always ready to take sin away from us and set us free again Down here below.

So place your faith in God's love and go to Him, also in your lusting self and crucify yourself to sin beside Christ and die to living for the gratification of the flesh and learn to find gratification living in and with Him.

To love, even yourself, is the job at hand but above all God and after you have learned to love yourself with God's love love your neighbour as God loves you. An awesome experience brother to learn to love in stead of hate and lust after things that bring no lasting good.

Even with a mental illness God can help you with His truth. Learn it well. Read it with your heart and see for yourself where the wicked live, and where God resides within, the bible read in love for God and neighbour is an awesome book when we take it to heart.

I think I did man. I’m serious, I think I’m unforgivable. I had bad thoughts I think willingly this time and I lusted again knowing I shouldn’t and I had no respect for God. I suck, it’s over for me. I ruined my life because of my selfishness. My thoughts may be coming willingly now to hurt me. I’m so tired. I think I should just die now honestly what’s the point of living without Jesus.

Faith is a gift from God as is salvation.
We do not save ourselves, we are saved by Jesus.

Also it is Jesus who holds onto our faith, we Do Not hold on to him.

Tell God you are sorry for your sins and praise him for his love, mercy and grace in forgiving you.

Life can be tough, but your salvation does not depend on how you are at school etc.

It may not seem Ike it now but Jesus does love you. Yeah a platitude, but it is reality.

I don’t hate God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit but my actions seem like I do. I wish I could be like Jesus. Just blameless and good, not a idiot kid with mental issues.

Like i said begin to love and God will come and dwell in you - God is love. It is love that you are squandering feasting bad life yet when love runs out we need to come to our senses. Jesus is very patient. He wants you to learn the value of love so you don't keep on throwing it away or burning up with bad life in control.

Ask for forgiveness. And keep asking for forgiveness. Understand that Jesus loves you to have faith in His love for then you will be saved from your bad life as well.

Go and grow love. True love. Love God, yourself and then your neighbour as yourself, and you will blossom and thrive.
