Hello
@Eftsoon, that is an excellent question
One verse that comes to mind is this one.
2 Timothy 3
12 All who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Looking at the context surrounding v12 is helpful, but my point is that you are off to a good start if a life of godliness in Christ is your heart's true desire/what you are pursuing in every moment of your life (because people will notice that you are "different", that you approach life, and others, differently than they do .. and Satan will take note as well
).
As for the persecution part, it's actually a good thing
(as weird as that may sound, and as long as we are being persecuted unjustly, of course), because it helps us know that we are living for God/walking in His will
(instead of living for ourselves and/or for the enemy) when others are taking note of that fact
As far as practical ways to live a godly life, I believe that, first and foremost, we must learn to "
practice the presence of God" in our lives (live every moment of our lives with Him and for Him). Also, our growth in obedience to commandments, like the ones that you see below, are both the key to
practicing His presence in our daily lives, and then also the sign that we are doing so.
1 Thessalonians 5
16 Rejoice always;
17 pray without ceasing;
18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
None of this is possible apart from an ever-increasing knowledge and understanding of God and of His word, because the word of God is the principle means that God uses in our sanctification (our growth in Christlikeness .. e.g.
John 17:17), the principle means by which we
renew our minds and come to know and abide in His will for us in our day to day lives .. e.g.
Romans 12:2; 2 Timothy 3:16-17 cf Psalm 1:1-3, 119:9-11, 105.
God bless you!

p.s. - here's a quote that I try to remember that may be of practical value to you as well, because ~it's hard to avoid making Christ manifest in your life when you are trusting Him with your life~, yes
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your
own understanding. In 'all' your ways acknowledge Him,
and He will make your paths straight."
Proverbs 3:5-6
