And those are just from the results shortly after the shots. Longer term effects are still to be seen.
Everyday we all make important decisions that can have the potential to have long terms effects on our lives and those of others - hopefully based on the best information that's available to us at the time!

One of the real medical concerns stemming from COVID-19 survivors are the "long-haulers" - individuals who continue to suffer from the lingering effects for months without returning to their former selves!

What COVID-19 has demonstrated and reinforced is the need for a universal healthcare system - do we turn our collective backs on millions of those who having survived this virus, now have "pre-existing" medical conditions that no private insurance company in the nation is willing to insure, at an affordable rate!

Oh really? Your own post contradicts you (refer to highlighted text, below):

Ah, a redefining (reimagining) of what a vaccine is!
It looks like woke culture has finally been accepted into the medical community.
I can't wait to see what happens when they're accepted into aviation and engineering.

Why are you suddenly talking about universal healthcare now? We were discussing the fact that the current results of the "vaccines" for Covid are only the short-term results.

Are you seriously suggesting that the mRNA-based injections we all getting now are not "vaccines" in the normal sense that medical experts attach to the term "vaccine"?

Says you.

What expertise do you have in this field to make this determination?
Multiple hours of dedicated study on YouTube, (one suspects).

The three vaccines authorized for use against COVID-19 in the United States appear to be at least 94% effective at preventing severe disease and death (starting about two weeks after a person is fully vaccinated), according to data reported so far, and about 80% effective at preventing infection.

Of course, the way to help minimise or prevent these "breakthroughs" that some people are suddenly concerned about would have been to adequately bring COVID under control last year, as many other countries did. Then there would have been relatively few cases to begin with, so the chance of re-infection would have been much, much smaller.

So in conclusion, the headline to this story should read "US public still paying for Trump's incompetence at dealing with COVID during 2020"

You forgot to read everything above what you quoted.
Irrelevant.

You’re complete lack of knowledge on the subject is as good as mine so I’m going with the experts. If you knew what you were talking about you’d simply state the difference.

My knowledge has nothing to do with it. As I pointed out, you clearly didn't read the main part of my post which actually contains vaccine information from the so-called "experts". The links are right there for you to use, assuming you're not still in the "la la la la I can't hear you!" stage.

All right - if I understand English, the quote you provided directly contradicts your claim that the mRNA product is not a vaccine:

New Approach to Vaccines
mRNA vaccines are a new type of vaccine to protect against infectious diseases. To trigger an immune response, many vaccines put a weakened or inactivated germ into our bodies. Not mRNA vaccines. Instead, they teach our cells how to make a protein—or even just a piece of a protein—that triggers an immune response inside our bodies. That immune response, which produces antibodies, is what protects us from getting infected if the real virus enters our bodies.

That still doesn't make it a vaccine, just as injecting acetone into my car's gas tank doesn't make acetone a "new type of gasoline".

You want to see something else? Take a look at Moderna's site. They themselves don't even call this stuff a "vaccine". They call it an mRNA medicine/platform/therapeutic/modalities, but never a vaccine.

Let's set aside the dubious attempt to confer credit on Trump, of all people, for the vaccine.
Is it not the "Trump Virus" as Nancy Pelosi called it? If so, then would "Trump Vaccine" not be accurate?

They can cal it whatever they want. It is by definition, a type of vaccine.
^_^ And yet the company that created and made it can't even bring itself to use that word! ^_^

mRNA vaccines (subject)
are (verb)
a new type of vaccine (object)

Now do you get it?

Is a new "type" of vaccine not a vaccine?

"The Boeing 777 is a new type of airplane"

Are you seriously going to tell us the Boeing 777 is not an airplane?

Yes, they can and do. Scroll down to where it says MAP and MODERNA:Moderna, Inc. This is Just the Beginning

Every virus has signature features on its surface that can trigger your immune system. Once the features are mapped, an mRNA vaccine]/b] provides the blueprint to create the defense that can help your body protect itself if it encounters the virus.
{Emphasis added}

Here's a search on their website: Search | Moderna, Inc.

Why don’t you explain to me how it’s not a vaccine? Since everything I’m finding online is saying that it in fact is one.

Hey, the people at Moderna are the "experts" who dance around what to call it. Ask them!
