FBI Promises To Hunt Down Anyone Who Lies About Taking COVID Vax As Vaccine Passports Loom - National File

Rev_13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Continue my comment...The article minimizes fraud by calling it a lie. Let's call it for what it is people ! A fraudulent act! One more note, there are plenty of anti- vaxers who are not Christian so the beast works in them as well? Let us reason please !

I hope that this isn’t too much of a shock, but 1967 isn’t in the Bible.
Therefore, your claim that other generations saying that the 1967 basis for the parable of the fig tree generation is invalid.

It’s definitely invalid because the generation Jesus was referring to was the one He was talking to.

So why should I think that He did?

The point I was making is that you should go back to edit your post #24. Because no one in this forum, in any post, in any thread, is saying that Jesus is wrong on anything. And no one is implying that Jesus is wrong on anything.

From this...

"Not at all. Why should I think Jesus got it wrong?"

To this...

"Not at all."

So your Reformed theology is so absolute in this matter of 666 that you'd do what if they DID bring in a mark? Go ahead and take it? And if the mark WAS somehow strangely something to do with 666 or even 616 you'd just go ahead without giving it a second thought? I'd hope at least it would cause you to pause and re-evaluate.
I’m just curious here, what if the shoe was on the other foot …

Suppose a group of well-funded atheist had a leader who called himself the beast and implemented some kind of new identification system that several large businesses started to use.

If these atheist created places where Christians could voluntarily go and publish on a web site their faith and allegiance to Christ, any warning to their unbelieving friends, and any other matters they might wish to express. Then be declared enemies of the beast for not worshiping him, given an immediate trial, and sentenced to death. An anesthesiologist would administer some medication to make them unconscious and then an executioner would behead them. This would all be done quickly and physically painlessly.

According to Revelation 20:4 people who are beheaded for the witness of Jesus and haven’t worshiped or received the mark of the beast, live and reign with Christ for 1000 years. Would you be willing to do this if you saw this type of situation happen?

There would be no reason to give the parable - to that generation.

Matthew 24 is addressing two groups. (1) Jews (them who arre not Christians), Israel, in the end times when Jesus returns to this earth. (2) Christians in the end times, to be ascertain that they are living in the end times, via the parable of the fig tree, and instructions to watch because we don't know the hour of His Coming in the rapture event to avoid going through the great tribulation.

(1) Jesus in Matthew 24:15-31 is addressing the end times generation of Jews, Israel, who will end up going through the great tribulation. And what them living in Judea must do to survive it.

(2) Differently, in Matthew 24:32-51, Jesus is addressing Christians, the end times generation who are looking for His coming, to know the season by the parable of the fig tree. No-one knows the hour. Christians consider Jesus to be our Lord. Jews (Judaism) do not.

Matthew 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

1948 Israel a nation again in the land in one day. Isaiah 66:7-8

1967 Jerusalem in the hands of the Jews. Jerusalem a cup of trembling to the nations. Zechariah 12:2

The Gog/Magog nations in place - Gog/Magog to happen in the 1967 generation.

There was. To warn them of the coming destruction of Jerusalem and the temple.

Luke 21:25-36 - after the time of the gentiles, and the Jews led captives into the nations in v 24 - parallels Matthew 24:15-31.
And Matthew 24 is all about the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple. And you really need to start in 23. The big picture is that Jesus is divorcing His first wife for infidelity, and preparing His new bride, the church. So His concern is for His bride, not the unfaithful Jews.

Where in Matthew 24 are you reading anything of Jesus speaking about the destruction of the city of Jerusalem?

People should not lie, if you don't want the vaccine, don't get it. If asked you should either tell to person the truth, or tell them it's none of their business.

I'm not planning to take it, I don't mind telling people that. I also understand that taking this stance could put some unfortunate road blocks in front of me.

It's my decision, all I have to do is live with the consequences.

I don't think it has to do with the mark of the beast.

Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

.
You’re going to have to give me more than that. I don’t see any mention of a global government.

There is nothing in those verses that references the destruction of the city of Jerusalem.
That’s odd that you think so, especially since the disciples specifically ask about the temple’s destruction. Maybe it will be clearer if you start with chapter 23.

And apparently you did not find it in Walter Cronkite's words either.

When the persecution of the Church which is now happening in China extends to the whole planet, maybe you might change your mind.
