It's because the current president is behaving himself better and there isn't nearly as much to be entertained by.
That's true, except for a pro-Trump "news" outlet making fun of Biden's handicap (his stutter).

That's true, except for a pro-Trump "news" outlet making fun of Biden's handicap (his stutter). I'm not in the least bit surprised by it though. Anyway, I think it's really nice to have a calm and sensible adult in the Oval Office again. I voted for President Biden and I'm still relieved that he won the election.
JS: as a person with a clear and troubling sometimes learning disability I find that highly offensive. I hard enough building a ego with everyone looking at you finny even though HaShem created this way without media belittling us as well.
I understand your concern, Joyous Song, because I have a daughter who is a Special Needs child.
Hopefully you can help her find good role models that will give her the courage and chutzpa to go on in this insensitive world today.
Yes, my husband and I (and her siblings) are helping her with that and we're protective of her.

If CNN is merely "entertainment" rather than news and information, then perhaps that's why people are leaving it. They used to be a source of news. Now they're not. They used to have lots of viewers. Now they don't. CNN only has itself to blame for its decline.
Here are February's numbers:
February Ratings: MSNBC Tops In Total Day Viewers – Deadline
MSNBC drew the most total day viewers in February, beating all other cable networks in the ratings yardstick, while The Rachel Maddow Show was the top regularly scheduled show.
The other news networks also were touting their numbers: CNN beat other networks in the 25-54 demographic in the total day timeframe as well as primetime.
Fox News, meanwhile, returned to the top in primetime among total viewers, after CNN led in January. Still, in February, CNN’s numbers were up 61% in primetime versus a year earlier, while MSNBC increased 23% and Fox News was down 30%.
I stopped trusting Fox News after the network turned pro-Trump. I later discovered that Fox isn't exactly rated "fair and balanced" when it reports the news either. Fox News has lost my respect.
