Yes. Kim already misses the "mentally deranged U.S. dotard" (his affectionate term for Donald Trump) who gave him concessions on demand, like cancelling U.S.-South Korea military exercises.

It's going to be an entirely different administration.

I'm guessing that tantrums from China and North Korea are visible symptoms of their unease at facing a capable U.S. president for the first time in four years.

“Just landed – a long trip, but everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office,” he tweeted. “There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea. Meeting with Kim Jong Un was an interesting and very positive experience. North Korea has great potential for the future!”
