The Elect Among Infants Dying = Elect Among 1st Century Americans Dying?

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." (John 1:12-13 KJV)

The new birth, being born of God precedes believing and is the cause of our gift of faith. This is one strong point in the salvation of elect infants who die, they are born anew without then believing.

"God; Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:" (2Tim 1:9-10 KJV)

The good news, the gospel is not what saves, it is Jesus Christ who saves. First century Americans no more heard and believe than an elect infant in death; so do we know God had no elect in the Americas in the 1st century?

"I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word." (John 17:6 KJV)

Did God the Father not give Jesus any men from the 1st century Americas and elsewhere?

"and they sing a new song, saying, 'Worthy art thou to take the scroll, and to open the seals of it, because thou wast slain, and didst redeem us to God in thy blood, out of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation," (Rev 5:9 YLT)

Does "every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation" exclude all those living in the Americas in the 1st century?

An easy answer for me because I contend that every person created in the image of GOD was created before the creation of the physical universe as self and other aware spirits. I believe there are a very many hints in the bible that this is true, verses that can be interpreted to support our pre-conception (on earth) existence as spirits but since they can also be interpreted in others ways, are not accepted as proof verses of our pce.

I believe that verses like these and like Rom 1:18-20 and Job 38:7 give us a peek into this doctrine but centuries of rebuke against our pce have created a smooth hard patina of the created on earth theology that makes any chance of seeing our pce in scripture to be almost impossible.

I believe that only sinners are sent to live in mankind as per Matt 13:36-39 and some of these who are elect can be found in pagan culture and still come to redemption and reunion with GOD in the spirit but without our biblical words.
