Are you going to get a covid 19 vaccine? If you got it, did it hurt and did you have any side effects?
I had the vaccination in the first week in January, didn't feel a thing and no side effects.:) So pleased now I have some protection from the virus!

I got the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine at the hospital in Stafford some weeks back. I was asked to wait for 15 minutes just in case I got a reaction to it, but I did not and I made my way back home. Had an aching arm the following day, but it was very minor and resolved within hours. I'm due to go back in the next week or so for my second vaccine shot.

Same with my mother-in-law minus the side effects. She had zero. Final vaccination is on St. Patrick’s Day. Hopefully it will be the same. She got the Moderna vaccination.

I am a homebody and work from home. I will get it when there is less of a demand as I don't really need it. Only place I go is church honestly. My wife, who is a nurse, got it a while back. She had a bit of pain but nothing else. I have, however, had friends experience adverse reactions to it. One woman I know, who is very elderly, got the 2nd round of the vaccine and it caused her heart to go out of rhythm about 24 hours later. She's recovering at home now. Other than that, a lot of friends have reported feeling ill afterwards but that is to be expected...it's a vaccine. When one's immune system is attacking something, which is what happens when one gets a vaccine, that causes them to feel a bit ill. There have been others reported like allergic reactions, which can happen with any vaccine, and redness and injection site pain, which is, again, normal for any vaccine really.

No. I have been working from home for what feels like forever. When I leave my house, I wear my mask, sanitize and I stay at least 6 feet away from people.

I am waiting and watching until it gets off of emergency approval/fully FDA approved. Pharmaceutical companies can't be held responsible for long term effects right now, like other vaccines are. I know the older generations are a lot more at risk. Praying for everyone regardless of their decision. I do believe in Jehovah Rapha, and want to exercise wisdom in all of my decisions regarding my body.

I got the Pifzer vaccine as soon as it was available to my age group. I was kind of tired for like two days afterward and my arm felt like I had been lifting weights, but aside from that I haven't had any side-effects (yet, thank God).

I think I made the right decision in getting it, I have an older neighbor who caught it and was laid out for two weeks. I wear a mask when I go out too even though I have it, because I guess that there are variants now that the vaccine can't deal with. I'm not trying to get sick or anything, I mean I have health insurance but I would like to not have to use it for a hospitalization or anything.

I got the vaccination in February because I love myself and don't want to die. My parents got vaccinated too. it was only the small sting of a needle like with a flu shot and I wish everyone else would get vaccinated. So many people are dying the hospitals are jampacked people are suffering. Why don't they get vaccinated? Their blood is on their own head. This both breaks my heart with sadness and makes me very angry. I don't understand it, is God angry, is this disease meant to punish us? I am grateful the Lord has spared me and my family. I feel like we live in the days of Noah because of all the evil in the world today.

I got it because I’m immune suppressed due to type 1 diabetes
I had a high sugar that night of the first injection which I treated, and then woke up feeling better. My arm hurt for like 2 days like it was sore but other than that, no side effects.
Definitely no species changes XD

My household got vaccinated last spring. Our immunity held through the variants up til this past couple weeks. Once my husband got it, we all fell ill but very mildly so. I only had a mild cold/headache.
Thankfully, my cousin brought us champagne for new years and the local market does deliveries. Staying home for two weeks never felt so good!

Did you ever think it was from getting it?

I got my two shots last spring. I am extremely reluctant to get a booster because I don't believe anyone needs a booster more than people in the poorest countries even get a first dose.
