Certainly.
A crime anyway. In some rare cases it might be civil disobedience that may not be 'bad'.
However, I don't know if the same justification would apply to "I'm mad about this other injustice that's happening, so I'm going bust out a window of a random auto parts store just because it happens to be close by"
