"Biden's order will make spaces like restrooms and locker rooms open to all individuals based on their perceived sex rather than their biological sex. The order also covered the workplace, ensuring that people will not 'be fired, demoted, or mistreated because of whom they go home to or because how they dress does not conform to sex-based stereotypes.'”

Well, now---since we're stepping over into Fantasyland with the full force and mandate of the Federal government, I see a lot of potential with this ruling. I want it expanded. I think that I should be able to live in whatever house that I want and drive whatever car that I want, based on my *perceived* income rather than my actual income. And I also want guarantees that I will not be fined, harassed, arrested, or denied whatever I want because the amount of money I have does not conform to economic stereotypes.

Yes, there is a lot of potential here. If I perceive that I have as much cash as Bill Gates, then I should be able to spend that money, and everyone else must accept it, or else they're hate-filled, discriminatory bigots. Who is anyone else to tell me that I don't have unlimited funds, if I truly believe that I do???

Y'know what, I perceive myself as an apache helicopter, I have already started to replace my blood for kerosene and next week I am having my arms replaced for short range missile launchers.

Tisk tisk...:doh:My 2 year old wants to be a T-Rex so I’m crossing my fingers that Biden will pass a law for transpecies rights as well. Laws like this are going to explode the degradation of American morality. So now according to these laws any pervert or pedofile can legally walk into a ladies restroom to snoop around anytime he wants. All this because of a minuscule percentage of the American population who refuse to accept reality.

A Catholic school, depending on the faithfulness of the particular Catholic school, might be a refuge from this. But if the juggernaut wants to squish such schools the juggernaut probably can.

This made me think back to 1976 when the East German female swimmers won so many medals. These were taken away shortly after that due to doping. What did the East Germans use to dope their swimmers? Testosterone and anabolic steroids. Is this really the direction we want our female sports to go?

I played soccer for Kansas State University in the late 1970's when Title IX came into effect. There was no way for the university to magically create a female soccer team and we certainly weren't worth having a heavy fine levied against them. So most of the minor male sports completely lost funding. I can remember getting up at 7 am one winter morning and getting together with my teammates to go out and hand shovel the snow off of the playing field. We finished right before our 1 pm game, changed into our uniforms and played the game. With all of this you would think I would have an axe to grind with Title IX and female sports; but you see athletes love the game, whether the players are female or male. We take pride in athletic accomplishment and are avid fans when not playing. If I had to do this again to enjoy the many accomplishments in female sports that the U.S. has had since Title IX came into effect, I would gladly do it.

It is sad to see this phenomenal female program decimated with a stroke of a pen. The shock waves from this type of thinking will shape women's sports for the next 20 years. How will we do drug testing on athletes if testosterone is a normal hormone in trans athletes? Do we only allow athletes to compete if their testosterone levels are so low that they reach the levels of the average female? If these testosterone laden trans athletes are allowed to take female scholarships without the ability to compete at international levels, they will displace female athletes that might have been able to excel. So unless every country's athletic programs, the Olympic committee and the agencies guiding male and female professional sports around the world suddenly change to Biden's way of thinking, the U.S. will actually be at a disadvantage to other countries.

Coed showers & locker rooms in the schools now?!! Ughh what an idiot. I’m 100% opposed to this and I’ll be pulling my kids out of public schools if this happens.
When you pick a Catholic school (or some other intentional Christian school), keep aware that some of them are no better than the declining average. Look for ones that actually teach the faith and are willing to go out on a limb to do so. When push comes to shove they will push back. The others will go along to get along. So choose wisely. In the end the good ones will be shut down by the government, so be prepared to home school for as long as that is allowed. In all of this process you will meet good people that will be good role models for your children even if they are jailed for not going along with the madness

Once girls start losing to men on a greater basis we might see a change of heart. Women won't understand until they face men in women's basketball, volleyball, track and soccer. When they are beat out in positions by a man, then they might have a different understanding. We'll see.

I was saying on another thread about this same issue, there is a southpark episode, and regardless of how you feel about the show, they did make a point about this. The episode was based on an athlete who was basically a man in a dress outperforming all the women, I thought it was rather relevant.
