Trump lost, do you still think they did something to cause him to lose?

Will they ever be found out?

I do.
I can handle the two because Trump lost it in the end. I think we will suffer tremendously before they are done. I am glad I won't be here for much of it. The thought of the result of giving everyone a free reign, makes me shudder as the country falls into a pit.

I think considering how badly they wanted him out of office, it's certainly a possibility.

But I don't think the Biden presidency is going to make a huge difference in day to day life. I doubt it will be all that much different than when Obama was president. I've lived through 11 or so presidencies and life has gone on through all of them.

I hope you are right but a few things he is working on now are to open the gates to illegals and free programs, student loans paid off and there was another one they mentioned. He is reversing some things that Trump did that were good for the country. All the free programs not only put the country in jeopardy but it eliminates incentive to work and earn a living. There are many that take advantage of that. Socialist countries fall.
Living in a minority area it has become lawless and I think it will spread with the freeing up of illegals. It has affected me adversely and I can't imagine it will get better with more free and more lawlessness.

Presidents often fail to keep their pledges or fail in pushing them through. Probably this administration is going to for a more socialist-ish way of doing things. But I doubt it will veer all that far from what we're used to.

I think covid is by far the worst thing we've ever experienced in affecting our lives, and we've managed to slog through even that for the most part.

So you can almost understand why the far right are so out of their minds. It is a hard thing to handle if you are an extreme right person
Their actions show how extreme they are. Even I felt the injustice for Trump but not to resort to violence. And Trump being out of his mind now and knowing how he is, is also understandable. He won't soon get over it.

I think this verse has some application to today

Genesis 6:5
The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time.

That applies to every day since Adam.

Trump was unusual because he played being middle of the road and nice, while supporting the extreme right groups and pushing conspiracy theories beyond sense. You could ignore the right side of his position while he appeared to be also reasonable.

At the election when he was prepared to support a fraudulent vote accusation beyond evidence fit for court, he passed from possible right wing supporter to dictator. If you add to the fact he lied about almost everything, the only thing he cared about was looking good and playing to an audience.

It is this track record which can be covered up for a short while, but when it becomes open and unreasonable, like not admitting he lost the election and that Biden is president, you have nothing left. Put simply the laws on free speech in the USA are too broad, there has to be factual checking and limiting of the media to spread complete fabrication which is destructive socially and politically. The news media must have to present a balanced view, and offer people from both sides to comment.

What has passed for truth in the last 3 months has gone nuts, and people justify hatred, emnity, and a call for violence because of these unfounded statements. A simple for instance was storming the Capitol and while in the chamber of the house of representatives, to pray to Jesus as if their presence their represents any right or legal standing or is putting things right. It is utter delusion, and encouraged by Trump.

The simple fact of Dominion suing people for defamation and getting convictions over the coming months, will bring some balance back. But for a country to become threatened by these fake conspiracy stories indicates a fundamental weakness in the regulation of these groups and their public display of authenticity. It should have remained on the fringes, as the ideas are too stupid and extreme to even remotely come close to being sensible.

But dare I suggest, if some push them hard enough, a lot of people are prepared to believe this alternate reality, which needs some regulation, unless the consequences are also acceptable.

God bless you

The fact is more of "they" didn't want him as a leader, than "they" who did. He lost the popular vote twice. More of "they" voted against him the second time in response to his 1st term. You don't have to make it more complicated or conspiratory than that.

Well, Joe already put tens of thousands of Americans out of work--and on his first day as President. In other words, people might be overly optimistic about the changeover not being terribly significant.

I'm not sure Trump lost. He's still alive, and isn't in jail.

The National Guard in DC apparently all turned their backs on the new emperor, and you know how emperors hate to have people turn their backs. Just watch Gladiator if you don't believe me.

Socialist countries fall.
I would say Venezuela has been failing. But I have been told there are socialist countries like Norway and Sweden who have everyone working, for less hours a week, but in less fancy houses . . . something like this.

And we are seeing how well democracy is working now . . . the unity, the happiness. It might depend on who gets their hands on the democracy or the socialism.

What has passed for truth in the last 3 months has gone nuts, and people justify hatred, emnity, and a call for violence because of these unfounded statements.
Satan is a liar and violent. So, yes the two can go together.

May be, then, we can say, where there is violence, there has been lying ¿?

The fact is more of "they" didn't want him as a leader, than "they" who did. He lost the popular vote twice. More of "they" voted against him the second time in response to his 1st term. You don't have to make it more complicated or conspiratory than that.
Well, to me it was clear how if he lost the first popular vote and then lost popularity, of course the second popular vote for him would be less.

Also, Donald had four years to get power to control votes. His administration put a lot of federal judges into courts, plus he got a Supreme Court majority. And ones of his own justices did not back him up about the election being stolen. He had four years to work on the FBI; the FBI did not confirm his claims. The military did not use its power to enforce him, not did the country's police . . . though he had made his claims that he was about the police and they wanted him.

He had all that time to arrange support to enforce his claims. But the military did not join him, and his appointed majority Supreme Court justices did not buy what he was doing.

They who were under Donald themselves did not support him.

And the Republican Party put him in office. If they want to have a Republican president, they need to function to get someone who is qualified, and not blame others. So, they helped themselves to lose.

On the other hand, the Democrats might have donated the election to Donald, by running Hillary and doing that convention corruption thing. Yes, they can be corrupt. But it seems to me how certain Republicans functioned corruptly and/or incompetently by not presenting a qualified candidate and not standing up to a wrong one.

A leader takes the lead in what is needed, including good example, then. Blaming is not leading, I would say.

Donald claimed to be a leader, but did he take the lead of good example???? If not, he helped to donate the election to Joe.

"Trump lost, do you still think they did something to cause him to lose?"

Oh yeah....there is not the slightest doubt in my mind. They were aghast when he won in 2016, despite their smug assurances that Hillary would handily defeat him. And so they began making plans on the first day of Trump's administration to rig the next election and make absolutely certain that such a travesty would never, ever happen again.

There are dozens, if not hundreds, of reports regarding election fraud and tampering with this last election, all of which have been either ignored or effectively squashed by the Central Committee of the Commucratic Party of the USSA. And now that election tampering is an established method, you can be sure that 2016 was the last legitimate election we will ever see.

From here on out, voting will be pretty much like it was in the Soviet Union: you can vote for Candidate A, or you can vote for Candidate B, but it doesn't make any difference because the winner has already been chosen; they just need to stage the proper screenplay to make it appear like there was an actual election.

Welcome to the "new normal", Comrades.

I would say he lost the election himself. I do think if he did a better job in leading during covid, he probably would have won. The "they" that caused him to lose were voters that voted for someone else. or died before they could vote for him.

Not winning popular vote in 2016 and then bungling COVID by ignoring his own advisors and lying to the public how could anyone expect him to win in 2020?

His approval rate was in the 40s his whole administration, and the thing he was banking on was the economy, which tanked during the pandemic. It's also telling to me that he said going into the election that the only way he would loose was if there was fraud. That suggests to me he knew he was going to lose and had already decided on a strategy to fight it.
