God controls Satan. If you have faith in your direction. And it is grounded in God's word, it will happen.

Well, there is no promise in the Bible that all believers will get married, find a spouse, or have children, and there's certainly no promise of a destiny pertaining to having the best career! God may grant us these things, but there is no promise of it, so we cannot rightly call these things "destiny".

Satan and his angels work to pull us away from God; to entice us to hate and rebel against God and one another, and to steal away our hope, joy, and comfort in the Gospel. He does this in a variety of ways, and we can perhaps speak of Satan hindering our "destiny" if we by this mean faith and salvation, which we have been given. Or perhaps as a simple recognition that the world is broken because of sin. However, "hindering our destiny" is not a language I find particularly Biblical or useful.

It's fine to pray for a spouse etc. but the Bible calls us to be content in whatever situation we are in, and to love God and our neighbour in accordance with our vocation in life.

Paul says it is God's will that we do.

“I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.” 1 Timothy 5:14 (KJV 1900)

Yes, it's good both to marry and to remain unmarried. Both vocations honour God. 1 Corinthians 7
If God grants us a spouse - God be praised! If He doesn't - God be praised! We can serve Him either way.

But scripture justifies her desires and provides faith to receive them. Why haggle over this?

What I'm saying is not intended as a criticism, but to unburden. That is, God nowhere in the Bible promises to grant all believers a spouse. That doesn't mean it is a sin for her to desire and pray for a spouse. God may very well still grant her a husband, but the object of faith should not be in what God may or may not grant us, but the person and works of Christ. The point being, in whatever situation we're in, single or married, in health or in sickness, in riches or in poverty, God's grace is sufficient, and there is contentment and comfort in that.

It's his will to marry. Eunuchs are rare but praiseworthy.

Actually, the author said that it was his will, not Gods, that younger widows marry because they were becoming busybodies having nothing to do...

Do you think God inspired Paul's words that became scripture? Do you think God married Adam and Eve against his will?

No... but the scriptures you quoted had a specific context (young widows under 30 that out of boredom were sinning)...

You don't have to get married... while it's good and beneficial to be married, there's no set rule that God will always give you a believing spouse....

So God didn't set an example by marrying Adam and Eve?

So God didn't set an example by marrying Adam and Eve?

"But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: it is good for them if they remain even as I am; but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry."

While marriage is a good and positive thing and often prevents sin due to lack of self control, not everyone on the planet is going to be able to find a believing spouse.

Even pro-marriage Christian sites fully admit this:

Singleness is circumstantial. It “happens” to people for a wide variety of reasons. Inability to find a mate. Death of a spouse. Difficult family situations. Medical or financial difficulties. The list goes on and on
The Apostle Paul on Marriage and Singleness - Focus on the Family

The main issue, is to learn to find contentment in Christ regardless of your circumstances Philippians 4:11 because when you are, I have found, the rest usually falls into place.

But when your discontent with your life, it has a tendency to be off-putting to others, most especially prospective suitors.
