Honestly, Would you listen to a Prophet that give you bad news? To make a long story short. Prophet told my friend if she don't get the oil, holy-talisman and anointed water which cost $7,000 etc her future is gone as in getting married, having children and having a beautiful life etc instead she would be depressed, suicidal and died from high blood pressure. Sounds good so far.....The measure of a true prophet would be to see if what he say comes true......and it seems like it has been coming true thus far.... So who are we to say that he is false because the news is bad........as if prophets are supposed to deliver only good news......as if the prophets in the bible only spoke tidings of joy and peace.

I do, however, believe that the happenings in your friends life is due to the belief in the one who spoke to her..... As long as she trust and believes in the words of this person.....it would be best to do as stated.

Why would a prophet need $7K to give prophecies? That is heretical.

Acts 8:14-24 Now when the apostles at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent to them Peter and John, 15 who came down and prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit, 16 for he had not yet fallen on any of them, but they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 17 Then they laid their hands on them and they received the Holy Spirit. 18 Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them money, 19 saying, “Give me this power also, so that anyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit.” 20 But Peter said to him, “May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money! 21 You have neither part nor lot in this matter, for your heart is not right before God. 22 Repent, therefore, of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that, hif possible, the intent of your heart may be forgiven you. 23 For I see that you are in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity.” 24 And Simon answered, “Pray for me to the Lord, that nothing of what you have said may come upon me.”

He's no prophet. They would stone those who claimed to be prophets and were not.
“But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.” Deuteronomy 18:20.

1 Kings, 18:36 At the time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed: “Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. 37 Answer me, Lord, answer me, so these people will know that you, Lord, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.”

38 Then the fire of the Lord fell and burned up the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the soil, and also licked up the water in the trench.

39 When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, “The Lord—he is God! The Lord—he is God!”

40 Then Elijah commanded them, “Seize the prophets of Baal. Don’t let anyone get away!” They seized them, and Elijah had them brought down to the Kishon Valley and slaughtered there.

The only prophet getting $7K from me is the Oracle of Omaha.

Large investments should be vetted by financial advisors. They're impartial and lack the emotional attachments con men rely on.

Did the OP say that the 7k needed to be giving to the speaker? or that these items needed to be purchased and this was the cost of the purchases? Are the items being received from the speaker?
She already gave 7K to him for the items

OK then, I say the case is closed. Unless he gives refunds. SHe has faith in this man and rightfully did what she was told to have a better life......

If you desire to change this behaviour, you need to try to help change who she has faith in. I good way to show this is by example. Show her that you can get answer from God for your own situations and needs. When she sees your good works, she will glorify God and no longer need to go to man for answers...

Ignore that which you do not understand....and if you desire understanding, you must first state what it is you do not understand.
Don't give me an attitude for asking a simple question.

Why did she believe him? That, to me, is extremely important. Where was the chink in her spiritual armor?
Why do people believe the media or politicians? They've been trained to accept duress as a form of salvation

He's no prophet---not one single prophet in the entire bible ever accepted money for their prophetic utterances. They spoke for God and had to speak the truth whether or not anyone liked it and ended up in prison at times for doing so. Your friend needs to kick this false, money grubbing prophet to the curb immediately!!
