I don't see anything scary here. Trump can't force himself into the Presidency. Americans are tired and frustrated, angry and disillusioned. That will manifest itself one way or another. No amount of punching or rioting will achieve either side's aims; therefore I'm not worried about a civil war. Wars used to be fought with cannons and rifles, but power is now exchanged through currency, political dealings, and mass media (including social media, which is immeasurably powerful in swaying the minds of the mostly-average-intelligence masses). Political power will go to the party best able to persuade citizens of their cause. Elections have become a futile joke.
