Is faith for the weak and hopeless people only?
Since everyone will die, there is no difference between believers and unbelievers.
All die and never come back.
So, successful people who got a lot of money do not feel they need faith in any version of God.
Only the weak need God to compensate them in after life.

Am I right?

Only those who see that they have erred, and hate that, are called to be saved. We find believers among rich and poor, intellectuals and the mentally ill, young and old, sick and healthy.

So many people don't care they do it wrong. They don't hate the lies and pretending. They relish in the system and let it enrich them, they don't need Christ. The self obsessed have no time for a Messiah. They want their Messiah to service them.

Oh, heck no. Every functioning person will have faith in something or someone. This includes faith in principles. If someone believes that they don't need faith, they are forgetting that their belief that they don't need faith actually requires faith.

Furthermore, many people who are "successful" in one realm - wealth for instance - are failures when it comes to another, like family. So how are we defining "success"?

Finally, everyone needs God's mercy to cover them so that their sins may be forgiven. This comes through Christ, and God has made belief in Christ necessary to receive this gift. Those who keep on rejecting him will not receive this mercy. If you don't have mercy from God at the time of judgment, no amount of money or Earthly success by any measure will help you.

Salvation is not "compensation" or a wage, for anything you've done, or not done.

"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23

You can't be compensated or paid a wage for what you did not do and Salvation is based on Christ's work alone, not ours.

Left to our own devices the only compensation we'd ever see is punishment for our sin - it took Christ, the Son of God, to save us, because we were unable to save ourselves.

When Jesus said in Scripture that it was easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter into heaven, he ended that discourse by reminding us " With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:24-26

The wealthy have the same chance of salvation as do the poor, because the same path is available to all, and that path is through the free gift of Grace offered us through the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth.

All die and don't come back to this earth, but our deaths either result in standing before the Throne of God in praise of Him, or it results in our judgment. We are all on equal footing before God because none can save themselves.

When we say we have faith, we are saying we have faith in Christ's work for our salvation. Therefore faith can be for anyone rich or poor, as God is no respecter of persons.

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:
I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10

Anyone who thinks having faith in God is for the weak has never surrendered themselves which includes every area of our lives and tried to live according to His will,, His Word daily -throughout the day.

Yes we fall short but we dont need to let ourselves off the hook and do these mental aerobics because Jesus said. "Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will
keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him." John 14:23

No. But riches make it much harder to depend on God. How many hyper successful people are also miserable? Many climb to the top, only to find that their deepest desires are still not satisfied. The music industry knows how fragile successful people can be. The suicide rate is terrible. People who have made it to the top, yet for too many it's not enough. I'd rather be Mr Average and know Jesus than Bill Gates and not know Jesus.

Is faith for the weak and hopeless people only?

Faith is required for all people everywhere nearly all of the time. We put faith in other people (spouses, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, plumbers, restaurant chefs, etc.) and in services (public transit, taxis, postal service, police service, etc.) and in things (light switches, water faucet, vacuum cleaner, lawnmower, etc.) every single day whether one is a Christian or not. So, no, faith is not only for "the weak and hopeless."

Since everyone will die, there is no difference between believers and unbelievers.

There is a HUGE and ETERNAL difference on the other side of death between believers and unbelievers.

All die and never come back.

Jesus came back. And the Bible promises that we will, too, in new, glorified, eternal bodies, to live with Jesus forever.

So, successful people who got a lot of money do not feel they need faith in any version of God.
Only the weak need God to compensate them in after life.

Compared to God, everyone on the planet is weak. Very, very, very weak. The greatest human is less than a microbe to God.

We have been made by God, not just for time, but for eternity. What comes after we leave this world is far more important than what happens while we are here.

Matthew 16:25-26
25 "For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.
26 "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

Hebrews 9:27
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

1 Timothy 6:17-19 As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, thus storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.

Salvation is free gift then all people shall get it and saved.

Salvation is not free, you got to put some money into the collection bag. :amen:
Neither of these is what Christianity teaches. Salvation is a gift from God, we do not earn or purchase it. As long as the offer of the gift is open, people may accept it. Many however, will not accept it, so they will not be joining those that do accept it in Heaven.

All of this presumes a desire to follow God among the recipients. None of us is good enough to deserve eternal life by virtue of the good that we do. But God has graciously offered this gift of salvation that is greater than what we deserve. The right response to this gift is a life of worship, and following God more and more closely.

no, you're not right; and if you do believe that 'all die and never come back', then you are also not a believer. so since this is the 'Requests for Christian Advice' forum, are you asking for advice on how to become a believer?

Gifts are freely given, but not everyone receives them. Many refuse.
Salvation is not free, Jesus paid the price with His Blood
If you owe the bank a lot of money and I am willing to pay for you to clear your debt,
whether you trust me or not, thankful or not,
I will insist to pay your debt, and you are free of debt.
But the salvation theory is not like that,
If God cannot save unbelievers, then his salvation plan is not effective.
Some say Faith is something the Spirit generates in your heart,
if this is true, then why not God be able to generate faith in ALL people's hearts?

Before faith comes conviction of sin, without which there is no faith, nor a sense of a need for a Savior.

Most people will feel sorry when do wrong.
As Paul said, God inscribed his laws in our heart.
But feeling sorry is one thing, having faith on the entire religion is another thing.
To believe in Jesus, get baptized, going to church, is another story.
If the Holy Spirit is true, and omnipotent, he can easily generate faith in people's hearts and convert them to Christians.
