And this is why I don’t take any of the Trump team’s claims seriously. if what you are saying is true, why have numerous cases brought by the Trump campaign been thrown out by various courts for lack of evidence? If the evidence is there then that shouldn’t be happening.

I have a friend who is a county commissioner in Pennsylvania. He had received threats from Trump supporters. Why? His county went for Trump but by fewer votes than expected. Those making the threats claim that he and the other commissioners rigged the election. They just can’t understand that many Republicans just don’t like Trump.

Could you post all the evidence that supports your many claims? You know, all the evidence that's been accepted by the courts that is. Not the ones that are only "proof" on twitter and various peoples blogs. Actual evidence, accepted by various courts in America. I think that would help a lot in these discussions. Because what usually happens is President Trump supporters come on these threads, post (for instance) the claim that there was "HUGE AMOUNTS OF EVIDENCE OF MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD IN THIS ELECTION!!" (tm) and yet when they're asked to produce it...not so much. So please, produce all that evidence that's been accepted by all those courts that shows all the "massive voter fraud!" that took place.

Trumps cases are being dismissed by Republican judges, one after another, for lack of evidence. I’ve spent hours reviewing much of what Trump’s lawyers and the far-right media has claimed as proof of fraud. None of it has held up so far. Are you also doing such research? However, if the threats were of matters of life or well being, they should be investigated by the proper law enforcement and perpetrators held to account. This goes both ways. People who are not supporters of Trump should also be free from such threats. Like trying to force a campaign bus off of an interstate highway.

Chris Wallace asked Biden: "Will you urge your supporters to stay calm while the vote is counted? And will you pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified?” Joe said "Yes." So that's too promises Joe broke, rather quickly at that. For example, what should happen is that if you have statistical evidence of irregularities in the computer processing, which there is, then the judge should accept the case and allow discovery--in that situation it would mean access to the computer and computer data. Then evidence could be gathered.

If the evidence is overwhelming, where is it? We keep hearing that there is all this evidence out there but none of it gets presented to courts. Judges have extreme bias? Well, the Federal District Court judge who decided against the Trump campaign was a Republican. The case was appealed to Third Circuit. All three judges who decided the appeal were Republicans; they unanimously decided against the Trump campaign. The judge who wrote the opinion was a Trump appointee. The opinions at both the District Court and the Court of Appeals said that the Trump Campaign had failed to offer evidence to support its claims.

The Judge who wrote the scathing opinion in the Federal Appeals court Friday was Trump appointee. And one of the Judges last week was a member of Federalist Society. Also they've been losing among other things to due lack of credible evidence which is unlikely to improve since they're limited on what new things they can introduce.
