"In the immediate future, we will be introducing the following resolution:

A RESOLUTION

Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute ... THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the Pennsylvania House of Representatives ...
  1. Recognizes substantial irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing during the November 3, 2020 election; and
  2. Disapproves of the infringement on the General Assembly’s authority pursuant to the United States Constitution to regulate elections; and
  3. Disapproves of and disagrees with the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s premature certification of the results of the November 3, 2020 election regarding presidential electors; and
  4. Declares that the selection of presidential electors and other statewide electoral contest results in this Commonwealth is in dispute; and
  5. Urges the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 General Election; and
  6. Urges the United States Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute."

And Senator Doug Mastriano made the following statement to Steve Bannon,

“There is so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud, and we can’t stand aside and just watch this unfold around us here. You know, it’s not about disenfranchising anybody, it’s making sure every legal vote counted and if there is extensive shenanigans out there, it’s up to the General Assembly to step in. So we have a fight in our hands, and we’re going to fight, we’re going to take that fight all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to.”

respectfully recommendation to ignore the election right....more like disrespecting the country and the people of his state that voted against Trump.

The resolution is to end the republic in violence because of Donald Trumps loss. It's insanity.

A resolution? That's like official Hot Dog Day.
Except in this case the Constitution of the United states specifically grants the power over each state's electors to the legislature AND in PA the Executives unilaterally changed those laws, which is illegal and unconstitutional. This happened in Georgia and Michigan, too, and if they both follow and either the SCOTUS or the U.S. Senate agrees, then Biden falls short of 270.

I think you might misunderstand how election laws work.
The legislature (indeed) is entrusted to cobble together the relevant Laws which, within said laws, empower the Secretary of State to promulgate the necessary policies that the State (or commonwealth) uses to ensure a “quality product”, (fair and equitable elections).
There is therefore leeway for the Secretary of State to maneuver, to bring about this quality product, (“ballot curing”, for example, the process that allows a county to make sure that “defective ballots” can be “cured” by the voter so situated). In Pennsylvania, some counties did this while others didn’t; this led Mr Giuliani to argue a 14th amendment violation that was ruled against in his suit.

Then bring it to court. An actual court. The US Senate has no play in this at all.

Something wrong with a respectful recommendation?

When it's physically, legally and executively impossible? How can it be respectful? The governor has no power to "withdraw or vacate". the certification, it's already been submitted to the archivist. Might as well urge the governor to grow wings and fly.

If Trump and his people hate America and democracy so much, maybe a different country would suit them better than multiple attempts to bring down this one.

Meanwhile republican- appointed judges that have to see actual evidence for a case to proceed have dismissed Trump's suits. All the states in question, Penn too. ..... Seems that Trump makes far reaching claims about the election -- claims that have nothing to prove they are real, when actually looked.

The other side is saying that about your side. So where does everyone go from here?

There is only one "side" (that starts with a capital T and ends in a P with a bit of RUM in the middle) doing its best to hijack the election process and overthrow democracy. It's one thing for people to be upset over the results of an election, but this is something else entirely.
