Leading a unanimous three-member panel, a federal appellate judge appointed by outgoing President Donald Trump upheld a blistering lower court ruling that said the Trump campaign and Rudy Giuliani’s attempt to block certification of the election results in Pennsylvania was a meritless endeavor.

They actually gave Trump a gift. An Appeals Court was never going to be the end to this (Biden would have appealed if a Trump ruling). So they saved time and pushed it along to SCOTUS as quickly as possible.

If that were true, it would be nice if President Trump reciprocated and gave everyone else in America a gift and stop claiming he has evidence to support his pretending he didn't lose an election he obviously did.
