"Select" meaning, of course, those Republicans who are convinced the election was fraudulent despite a complete and utter lack of evidence demonstrating that it was. "Select" meaning those Republicans willing to repeat trump's lies. "Select" meaning those Republicans who have sold their souls to the corrupt trump dictatorial agenda.

Yes I did, and I guess I didn't hear it the same as you. Nor does it appear that the SC heard it the same as you. Even after the fine and upstanding meeting on Wednesday to 'present the evidence' the judge in Pennsylvania threw it all out today. Making the claim, once again ad infinitum, there is no evidence!!!!!!

I really don't get it. I listen to so many trumpites crow about all the evidence, yet professional and long standing, fully qualified jurists continue to tell us that there isn't any. But the trumpites insist! They have literally tractor trailer loads full of evidence. Yet professional and long standing, fully qualified jurists continue to tell us that there isn't any. The trumpites pound their fists and puff their chests and cheer and hurrah listening to Giuliani and Powell and Jenna tell us about the stacks and stacks of thousands of affidavits from witnesses that saw all of this fraud and irregularities with their own eyes. Yet we still have professional and long standing, fully qualified jurists continuing to tell us that there isn't any evidence to support any of these more than 30 something law suits proclaiming how crooked the election was.

First the trumpites holler fraud. Then there own legal representation comes out and declares that it wasn't fraud. We are not here to prove fraud says Giuliani. But it seems apparent that they're really not there to 'prove' anything. Why don't people get it? This is all some skirt blowing by a man who is world famous for skirt blowing. This is all some dog and pony circus show by a man and his team of world famous dog and pony show artists. Why don't people get that? Jurist after jurist has declared that after listening to and weighing the evidence that they are supposedly privy to but we are not, that there isn't any evidence.

So please!!!!! Present the evidence. NH, mark the time on the 3 hour hearing on Wednesday where one single piece of real evidence is shown. As every judge will tell you, these claims of, "well we heard", or "someone says they saw" are not valid evidence. These claims that someone saw a paper shredding truck leaving a counting location...ok? And? Did you see ballots for with the name 'Biden' among the trash? EVIDENCE!!!!

Trump-appointed judge rejects Trump campaign's appeal in Pennsylvania

The campaign appealed to the 3rd Circuit on the narrow ground that Judge Brann did not permit Trump's lawyers to amend their lawsuit a second time.

In his opinion, Trump-appointed Judge Bibas noted that Giuliani "stressed" that the Trump campaign "doesn't plead fraud" and asserted to the District Court that "this is not a fraud case."

"Instead, it objects that Pennsylvania's Secretary of State and some counties restricted poll watchers and let voters fix technical defects in their mail-in ballots. It offers nothing more," Bibas said.

"Most of the claims in the Second Amended Complaint boil down to issues of state law. But Pennsylvania law is willing to overlook many technical defects. It favors counting votes as long as there is no fraud. Indeed, the Campaign has already litigated and lost many of these issues in state courts," he continued.​

The judges say that the complaint doesn't even allege fraud.

It is interesting that in 2016 there was a law against ballot harvesting, which is an invitation to election fraud. Trump won that year but the law was struck down by the Courts. Now there is fraud.
The elections are wide open, no rules, vote early, vote often.
