They managed to spell “District” two different ways in the first two lines, both ways were wrong. Not a good start.

Page 2 has brackets with nothing in them and start parenthesis with no corresponding ending parenthesis.

EDIT: Page 5 refers to a whistleblower’s affidavit with no reference to the actual affidavit.

EDIT: Page 6 has a random “of” italicized with no discernible reason whatsoever.

If they wanted this lawsuit to be taken seriously, basic proofreading would have gone a long ways in helping.

Fortunately state election officials, courts, and governors have mostly played it straight. The number of exceptions is small. But this whole election worries me. There are too many people in leadership positions that are trying justify falsifying the vote. Suppose a court ordered a governor to lie? What would be their obligation? What would they do?

My concern is that Republicans may well try to stack the deck for the next election. If a party can justify gerrymandering, having just one box to submit votes for a city, etc, why wouldn't they try to get election officials who will falsify votes?
