Loeffler self-isolates after positive Covid test

Sen. Kelly Loeffler is self-isolating after testing positive for coronavirus, her campaign announced on Saturday, though a second test was inconclusive and a rapid test came back negative.

The Georgia Republican, who has been actively campaigning for the state’s Jan. 5 runoff against Democrat Raphael Warnock, took two Covid-19 tests on Friday morning before appearing with Vice President Mike Pence at a campaign rally. The rapid test came back negative, but Loeffler, 49, learned on Friday evening that her PCR test — a more accurate sampling — came back positive, according to Loeffler’s spokesman, Stephen Lawson.

That's going to put a kink in her runoff campaign...

It seems that there are more GOP members and WH staff that are contracting coVid-19 than there are Democrats. Could that be because the Dems. are taking the CDC's mitigation technics seriously?

Just this past weekend a couple more have spoken out about the election. Cramer told his staff to work with the Biden transition team.
Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) said on Sunday that it was "past time to start a transition" to a Biden administration adding he would "rather have a president that has more than one day to prepare."

Well, except for Gavin Newsome, who went to an unmasked dinner party while everyone he locked down stayed home. And Nancy Pelosi, who had a salon open for her to get her hair done a few months ago. And all of the thousands of partiers who filled the streets and had indoor parties when their candidate was declared the winner by the media. And the protesters/rioters, many of whom were unmasked (except the hardcore antifa, who cover their faces only to evade identification, not to protect anyone).

It's never wise to play Russian Roulette. But more GOP politicians are losing, and it probably indicates they are playing a lot more frequently.

GOP and WH staff are not the people attending the massive Trump rallies or the MegaMarch.
Neither are the Dems. the people in the street at protests, even though most of them did wear masks.
It's just a fact that more DC Republicans have been infected with coVid than Dems. a lot more. The only explanation for that is that the Dems. are listening to the CDC and following the mitigation actions that the CDC recommends.

This being a Christian forum, we can't dismiss the possibility that God is sending a message... He's sent a plague on Donald, his country, his followers... even his firstborn son.
